## Docusign Reviews
 ### 1. Convenient, User-Friendly Document Signing and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia V. | Quality Compliance Manager, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign is a great system to sign documents and collaborate with others in reviewing and signing documents at their convenience. DocuSign offers an option of adding the date of signature as well. It is very convenient to use and is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The document sender needs to add a "text box" in the place where a signature is required for all users to sign and often those boxes are larger than needed and multiple user signatures are overlapping. The document sender needs to minimize the size of the "text box" prior to sending the document for signature in docusign and this is a bit inconvenient and there are no guidelines on how large or small the "text box" needs to be so signatures do not overlap.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign is used in many businesses to review and sign documents in real time. It is a very useful tool that can be used remotely by users in different countries. It provides the final document that is signed by all users and the electronic signatures are equivalent to wet-ink signatures.

 ### 2. Secure, Simple Contract Management with a Premium Client Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Docusing is secure and simple to use. It gives us tracking features, lets us send reminders from the platform, and serves as a single repository for all my contracts. On top of that, it feels professional and gives a premium impression to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I’d say the pricing is slightly on the higher side when you compare it with platforms like Zoho Sign, which also offer similar functionality.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusing is helping me send contracts and get authentic signatures from my client, which are valid, and it’s eliminating the need to use Adobe-like platforms for signing that don’t provide an envelope or a more widely accepted form of marking. I feel more secure this way, because I’m signing a binding contract. The platform is also simple to use and saves me time. It remembers my signature and company details, so I don’t have to enter them every time. It also gives me the ability to write emails right from the platform, with customization and personalization options.

 ### 3. Lightning-Fast Document Signing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rossella P. | Technical Support & Maintenance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

What I like best about DocuSign is how incredibly easy and intuitive it is to send, sign, and manage documents from anywhere. It significantly speeds up the whole agreement process and saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The most helpful aspect of DocuSign is the convenience of securely signing important documents electronically on any device. The tracking features are also excellent for knowing exactly where a document is in the signing process.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign solves the problem of slow, inefficient paper-based workflows. The biggest benefit to me is the massive reduction in turnaround time. I no longer have to print, sign, scan, or mail documents. Plus, the automated tracking and reminders take the guesswork out of knowing where a contract is in the pipeline.

 ### 4. Easy-to-Use DocuSign With Secure Document Retrieval

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign makes it easy to execute documents in a virtual world - with an easy to use interface, and all the functions you'd expect for this type of software. The routing function is great - automatically sending the docs to the next designated signer.
Given the risk of phishing emails, I also appreciate that DocuSign allows you to retrieve documents directly from its website by entering a document key. That way there’s less need to click links that could be fraudulent.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I wish there were a way for non-admins to see the current status of documents needing signatures by others. This way all users would know exactly where the document is stuck - and could proactively nudge users to move the document along.
It's outside of DocuSign's control, but I definitely feel like it's one of the more commonly used phishing attempts (i.e. fake DocuSign emails with fraudulent links). I believe DocuSign has helped address this risk by having the "Access Documents", followed by the use of a security key on their home page.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign has enabled our organization to complete a range of agreements and contracts remotely—something we previously couldn’t do, since we needed physical signatures. The speed at which a document set can be sent out, reviewed, and executed is first-rate.

 ### 5. Simplified Onboarding with Intuitive Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian K. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I think DocuSign is very easy to use. It's really user-friendly and pretty intuitive. It simplified our processes significantly. We weren't losing documents, and we didn't have to constantly hound our team for them. The documents were automatically completed and sent to us. If there was a holdup, we could easily see where it was in the process. Overall, it's a much better process than what we had been doing before. Setting it up was very simple and easy. I went in with no prior knowledge and was able to build out what I needed effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I do remember thinking that there were some capabilities that I thought DocuSign could do that it had not done at the time. I have not worked in it in a little bit, so I do think that they have kind of gotten to there and have fixed some of those bugs.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DocuSign mainly for completing I-9s and new hire paperwork, making it easier to manage documentation across multiple locations without mailing. It simplifies our processes by automatically sending completed documents to us and showing where things are held up.

 ### 6. Seamless Document Sharing, Needs Longer Link Validity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Snigdha P. | Fellow, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like the feature in DocuSign where there's a specific link given to share and upload documents seamlessly using various devices and options, and I can instantly review them. The link is really accessible for a given period of time and can be used anytime on any device by the assigned user. Also, the initial setup of DocuSign was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The link expiration time is something that can be extended or improved upon as there's a limited time frame for its validity. The link should at least be valid for a period of 1 month from the time it's generated.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

Use it for electronically uploaded and signed docs

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DocuSign to eliminate the need for physical document verification, saving time and cost. I love the seamless document sharing feature with a specific link accessible on any device.

 ### 7. DocuSign: Click. Sign. Move On.”

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit P. | Solution Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

What I like best about DocuSign is how effortless it makes the entire document signing process, from start to finish. Implementation is very straightforward and doesn’t require much technical effort, so teams can start using it quickly without long onboarding or setup time. We use it very frequently for contracts, approvals, and official documentation, and it consistently works without issues.

It also has a strong set of features like reusable templates, automated reminders, real-time tracking, audit trails, and secure signing, w
hich makes it suitable for both simple and complex workflows. Integrations with common tools like email, cloud storage, and CRM platforms are smooth and reliable, so it fits easily into existing processes. Overall, it saves a lot of time, improves turnaround, and removes the usual delays that come with manual signing and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

There’s honestly not much to dislike in terms of usability or performance, because it works really well end-to-end. If I had to point out something, pricing can feel slightly on the higher side for small teams or occasional users. But considering the security, ease of use, and how much effort it saves, it still feels worth it.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign solves the major delays and manual effort involved in document signing and approvals. It helps us send agreements quickly, get them signed from anywhere, and keep everything stored securely in one place. This improves turnaround time, reduces errors, and helps close deals or approvals faster without unnecessary back-and-forth.

 ### 8. Effortless Signing but Needs Enhanced Document Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carson L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like that DocuSign is easy to use and it shows me the blanks where I need to sign. I also appreciate that it saves my signature, so I don't have to write it out every time. The initial setup was simple—just upload a document, and it’s scanned effortlessly for me to sign. I would rate it a 10 when recommending it to others because I don’t know many others like it.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I don’t like the save function. It’s hard to find documents already used and needs better security. It needs to be easily accessed in folders and more transparency with my important data.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusign helps me legitimize signatures for important documents sent to my accountant. It's easy to use, shows where I need to sign, and saves my signature for convenience.

 ### 9. Effortless Signature Management, Needs Better Document Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alexis s. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I appreciate how easy it is to mark where a signature goes in DocuSign. I also like that my signature can be saved in my profile, which makes it convenient when sending or signing documents. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth for me.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I find organizing documents in DocuSign to be challenging. It would be better if I could sort them more effectively or place them into folders.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find DocuSign helps by making it easy to send documents for signing that clients can access quickly on their phones. I like being able to easily mark signature spots and save my signature. Document organization could improve, like better sorting or folder options.

 ### 10. DocuSign’s Trusted Brand Makes Sending Documents Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

The thing I like best about Docusign may sound a bit silly, but it is the brand name of Docusign. Nobody has any issue when I offer to send them a Docusign, which helps us as a startup not have detractors.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Honestly, the technology is pretty simple but a bit commoditized now. The search and document viewing process is not super easy / intuitive across many "envelopes" and the pricing is a bit high for what we get. Again, paying a bit for the brand name here.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a remote-first, global-first company and use Docusign for fundraising, property management agreements with institutions, equity share grants, and other uses. So a generalist tool that performs pretty well.

 ### 11. Fast, Easy, and Reliable Document Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darian K. | King, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I mostly use DocuSign for sending contracts and paperwork to customers who are out of town or unable to come to the office. It saves me from having to travel or courier documents, which saves time and money. I like that it's fast, easy to use, and has lots of tools to make the process simple. Even people who are not tech-savvy can use DocuSign. The ability to type into the document before sending it is a favorite of mine; sometimes you need to add an 'x' to the PDF and this allows you to do so. For what I use DocuSign for, there isn't anything that I've ever had an issue with. I send envelopes and sign, and it gets the job done with no hassle. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

If there’s one thing I don’t like, it’s that it isn’t cheaper.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docusign to send contracts to customers who can't come to the office, saving me travel time and courier costs. It's fast, easy to use, and has tools that even non-tech-savvy people can handle.

 ### 12. Easy, Reliable, and Secure E-Signatures You Can Trust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sushank M. | Head of IT, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It’s easy to use, reliable, and secure, which makes it a trusted standard for electronic signatures and provides a better, more user-friendly experience.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

It’s often more expensive than competing options, and some “essential” features are locked behind higher-tier plans. On top of that, customer support can be difficult to reach, or it may be limited to higher-paid accounts.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re making our office paperless, with no need for manual hard-copy signatures. Everything is signed digitally, which makes access easier and keeps the process simple.

 ### 13. Effortless Document Signing From Anywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It just makes signing documents super easy. No printing or scanning (so no hardware, sign anything from anywhere). I also like that you can edit and customize fields pretty easily, which makes sending docs out way faster.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Sometimes it can feel a bit clunky, especially when trying to edit or place fields exactly where you want them. Also a little pricey for what it is, and occasionally things load slower than I'd like

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away the hassle of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing documents back and forth reducing friction for our sales/legal teams tremendously, which is huge for us because we're always dealing with a million redlines. It also helps keep everything organized, so I'm digging through emails to find things

 ### 14. Secure Contract Signing Made Easy with Docusign

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam T. | CSM, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like the ability to add any type of tag, anywhere on the document. Notations are wide and varied. You can add tags like 'title,' 'signature,' 'date,' etc. It is easy to lay out the parameters of what needs to be identifiable for the customer. Docusign provided a more secure opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I found a weird upload error: if the word document has confidential settings, Docusign will not upload it. Only if the document is 'general' status.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusign offers a secure contract signing process and a single web portal for creating contracts. Its tagging feature makes it easy to define document parameters.

 ### 15. Effortless, Secure Document Signing Every Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik kadam K. | Clinical Data Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

Docusign is very easy and user friendly platform and app for signing documents like contracts , appointment letters or any document, and also it is very secure and reliable and easy sharing options and very easy to use it is well integrated with adobe pdf's also , i use it everytime when i needed to sign any document.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The only aspect I didn't like about DocuSign is that it feels a bit expensive. Additionally, I have occasionally noticed an alignment issue with the date after signing.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that DocuSign addresses is eliminating the need to print out documents, sign them by hand, and then scan and send them. This saves a lot of hassle, as well as time and money. Additionally, it feels very secure to use.

 ### 16. Streamlined Negotiations with Easy Document Signing and Requests

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamial B. | Analyst , Public Policy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Being able to sign and request documents helps streamline negotiations and other business-related activities, without wasting unnecessary time driving. It lets me stay focused on the client instead.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The only two things I find problematic about this program are the editing capabilities and the cost.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of performing the needed negotiations and the use of technology to streamline signatures in real time without relying on snail mail or distance as a barrier for success

 ### 17. Great for signing, but risky for long-term document retention

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Augie L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign is easy to use for getting documents signed quickly, and recipients are already familiar with it. For basic, transactional e-signature workflows, it works reliably and reduces friction compared to paper contracts.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

DocuSign works well for getting documents signed, but it creates serious long-term risks that are not obvious upfront. There is no practical way for small or mid-size businesses to bulk-export their signed contracts or even see a total count on standard plans, making backups, migrations, or business wind-downs extremely difficult without paying for expensive enterprise tools or downloading documents one by one. Even more concerning, contract templates cannot be downloaded as usable PDFs—only as JSON configuration files—so if you didn’t separately archive your original blank contracts when they were first uploaded, they may be effectively trapped inside DocuSign years later. DocuSign is an execution tool, not a true system of record, and businesses should understand these limitations before relying on it long term.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign makes it easy to execute contracts quickly without printing, scanning, or mailing documents. It reduces turnaround time, simplifies remote signing, and is widely accepted by counterparties, which helps keep deals moving without friction.

 ### 18. The OG secure document platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve B. | Music Ministry, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign is a quick way to start using secure documents. Pretty user friendly and easy setup, adding and creating the document is an easy process. It seems more corporate companies and financial institutions recognize and accept using DocuSign in the business and lending process.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Cost can be an issue. Advanced features are available at higher pricing. Especially with some many platforms entering into the secure document arena. Sometimes support can be slow. Cannot update forms requiring a new form to be created.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a quicker and easier way to handle financial documents in the sale of vehicles. DocuSign made that easy. We found more banks worked with DocuSign documents than other tools.

 ### 19. Easy, Fuss-Free Document Signing and Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sithembile G. | Treasury specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It makes it easy to get documents signed in a timely way, with no fuss. It’s user-friendly and straightforward to edit and work with.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I have to reset the password every time the recipient enters the password incorrectly.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me sign documents efficiently. Multiple users can sign the same document at the same time, which helps avoid time delays.

 ### 20. The Easiest Way to Collect Signatures Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I think it's the easiest way to get a bunch of signatures on a document

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I don't think it's as secure as people think it is. I can change the name and sign as anyone.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we have contracts with multiple signatures needed it's nice to be able to fill it out and send it off. Then not have to worry about it until the completed document is done. Rather than having to chase each person individually to sign one after another. It saves time.

 ### 21. DocuSign in Action: Efficiency, Security, and Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hetal P. | IT Analsyt, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

What I like best about DocuSign is how simple and efficient it makes the entire signing process. Instead of dealing with printing, scanning, or mailing paperwork, I can send and sign documents digitally in just a few clicks, from any device. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, which saves me a significant amount of time and reduces errors. I also appreciate the built-in security features and real-time tracking, which provide peace of mind knowing documents are both legally binding and easy to monitor. Overall, DocuSign streamlines workflows and makes handling agreements much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

What I dislike about DocuSign is that while it’s excellent for basic signing, some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complicated to set up, especially when creating templates or customizing workflows. I’ve noticed that the interface occasionally feels a little clunky when formatting fields, and the mobile app isn’t always as seamless as the desktop experience.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign is solving the problem of slow, paper-based signing processes by making everything digital, secure, and accessible from anywhere. Instead of wasting time printing, scanning, or mailing documents, I can now send, sign, and receive agreements in just minutes. This not only saves me valuable time but also reduces errors and keeps all my documents organized in one place. The ability to track the status of signatures in real time gives me more visibility and control, while the security and legal compliance of the platform provide peace of mind. Overall, DocuSign makes handling agreements faster, more reliable, and much more convenient.

 ### 22. Effortless to Use, Highly Trusted for B2B Agreements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul H. | Senior Consultant, Government Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I use DocuSign for B2B agreements and contracts because it provides a secure way of transmitting signatures. I like that it is easy to use, which makes it convenient for my needs. The templates and webforms are truly valued, and the initial setup was super easy, which is why I love this product.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The reminders to sign clients receive could be more personal.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Docusign for B2B agreements and contracts; it provides a secure way of transmitting signatures, is easy to use, and I truly value the templates and webforms.

 ### 23. Easy Remote Signatures with DocuSign

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It’s easy to get signatures, no matter where people are located.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

sometimes docusign support is not able to resolve issues. We are intergrated with Procore and sometimes the envelopes don't complete in Procore, but complete in Docusign. When we speak to Procore about this issue we are told that since it's Docusign's integration, that we need to speak with Docusign, when we speak with Docusign, we are told to speak with Procore. It's totally frustrating.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to quickly route a document for signature.

 ### 24. Simple, Fast Contract Generation with Seamless CRM Integration

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign is really easy to use and makes signing stuff quick and painless. You can upload, sign, and send documents in just a few clicks, which saves a lot of time compared to dealing with paper.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

One downside is that it can get a bit pricey, especially if you don’t use it that often. Sometimes the interface can also feel a little clunky when you’re trying to find specific settings or documents.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign gets rid of the whole print-sign-scan-email routine. You can just do everything online in a few clicks, which is way quicker and less annoying. For me, it saves time and lets me sign stuff from anywhere without having to deal with paperwork.

 ### 26. Efficient and Reliable Digital Signing Solution that Simplifies Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

What I like best about DocuSign is how quickly I can send and get documents signed without printing, scanning, or courier delays. It’s very simple to use, so even people who are not very tech-savvy are able to complete signatures smoothly on their own. I also like that it works well on both laptop and mobile, and lets me track who has viewed and signed the document, which gives good control and visibility. The security and audit trail features add confidence that the documents are legally valid and handled in a compliant way, which is important for work-related agreements.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

What I dislike about DocuSign is mainly the high cost, which can quickly add up with different plans and hidden fees, making it expensive for smaller businesses. The pricing structure is quite complex and not very transparent, which makes budgeting difficult. Sometimes, the advanced features are not very easy to set up and need extra effort or technical knowledge. The customer support can feel limited and not very personalized, which can be frustrating when issues arise. Also, there are occasional usability challenges like the interface feeling a bit clunky for formatting, and the mobile app lacks some functions compared to desktop. Overall, while DocuSign is powerful, it can be costly and a bit complicated to get the most out of it without proper support.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign solves the problem of slow, paper-based signing processes by allowing documents to be signed electronically anytime and anywhere. This speeds up approvals and agreements, removing the need for printing, scanning, or courier services. It also reduces errors and security risks by providing a clear audit trail and ensuring legal compliance. For me, this means faster turnaround times on contracts and agreements, less hassle managing paperwork, and greater confidence that everything is secure and tracked properly. Overall, it makes document handling much more efficient and reliable, saving time and reducing operational risks.

Being able to have documents signed remotely, while knowing the signature is authentic and verified, is a huge benefit. I like how easy it is to send documents to other parties for signature.

 ### 31. DocuSign Makes Document Prep and Signing Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It’s easy to use. Where previously important documents were lost in long email chains, docusign makes it really simple for me to prepare documents for higher-ups, allowing them to just open, review, and sign.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The terminology can be confusing—for example, when to use an envelope versus “sign a document.” Also, not having the option to rename a document before sending it for signature makes it harder to differentiate between documents at first glance.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies sending and signing documents.

 ### 32. Flexible Signature Requests, But the Capped Envelope Pricing Feels Restrictive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Chief Executive Officer, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Flexible. I could make it as simple or complicated as I wanted to when requesting signatures.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The price. They operate on a capped number of envelopes system. So I was paying a significant amount more to only be able to send 5 signatures a month. If I'm paying money for a solution, it should be unlimited. The features should change with the price, not the capacity.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to send signatures for contracts. Docusign did that well.

 ### 33. Very convenient for signing important documents

The platform is intuitive and reliable, which has improved workflow efficiency across our team and made client interactions much smoother.

DocuSign eliminates the need for physical paperwork, making document signing faster and more secure. It reduces errors, ensures compliance, and allows our team and clients to complete agreements from anywhere. ### 37. I love using Docusign!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiruni N. | Salesforce Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Very easy to use UI. I've been using it for about 8 months now and it is great. I am excited to try the IAM feature that was recently launched as well. It notifies users on email when a new docusign is received which makes it super easy to sign it.

I visited their stall at the TDX Bengaluru event and learned alot of the platform capabilities for integration and especially the features related to contract management is a game changer

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I can't think of anything. I like it so much

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily getting documents signed by executives. This reduces turnaround time from days to minutes. This is especially critical when contracts need to be signed before processing orders or issuing purchase orders.
DocuSign ensures that all signatures are legally binding and timestamped. Internal policies prohibit backdating or future-dating signatures. This helps in meeting audit requirements.
DocuSign allows flexible envelope reassignment and tracking, ensuring that documents still follow internal approval workflows

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

 ### 39. Docusign has revolutionized how my company signs contracts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessandro N. | Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Docusign's greatest strength undoubtedly lies in its outstanding ease of use. The intuitive interface allows anyone to send and sign documents with just a few clicks, drastically reducing time and errors. I particularly appreciated the ease of implementation, which enabled rapid and seamless adoption within our organization. The high frequency of use for managing all our contracts testifies to its effectiveness and centrality in our processes. Furthermore, the ease of integration with our Salesforce CRM has greatly simplified our workflows, making the sales cycle more agile

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

While Docusign is exceptional, there are a few areas for improvement. At times, the cost for certain advanced features or high transaction volumes can be a bit prohibitive, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. Although the overall ease of use is high, the administration interface for complex configurations could be made more straightforward. Additionally, while acknowledging the importance of customer support, on some occasions, response times for non-standard issues could be optimized. Finally, despite its high ease of integration, customizing certain integrations requires specific technical skills that are not always immediately available internally

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusign has fundamentally optimized how my company manages contracts with client agencies. It's eliminated the bottlenecks of traditional paper-based signing, significantly accelerating our sales cycle and ensuring all agreements are executed efficiently and securely

 ### 40. The original standard for document signing, but now there are viable alternatives.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy M. | Regional Sales Director, Northeast, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Docusign has all the basic features one may want, as part of their standard offering. The tool is easy to use, and offers a clean workflow if frequently using for a large number of documents. Customer support is average as compared to other SaaS offerings; nothing better / nothing worse. For context, we are a 501(C)3 nonprofit who sends between 300 and 400 contracts per year, and do not use any significant custom integrations.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Docusign ended their nonprofit special pricing support, so we were inclined to take an objective look at the tool. Since we are paying full price, we have found at least one or two viable alternatives that are less expensive, and actually offer more in terms of standard features than Docusign. Please note, I am not commenting on custom integration capabilities as we do not have any in our current state.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit who sends between 300 and 400 contracts per year. Docusign functioned as our primary document signing tool.

I find it very easy to obtain signatures, no matter where the people are located. Additionally, the fact that it is legally accepted in Mexico gives me greater confidence in using it.

It is not possible to make updates, such as changing the name of the person who must sign; only the email address can be changed.

Being able to request signatures on documents, such as an SLA with suppliers, without needing to travel to their location to obtain them, saves me a considerable amount of time.

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

As an independent insurance agent, DocuSign has become an indispensable tool in our daily operations. Before DocuSign, getting client signatures was often the biggest bottleneck in the application and policy delivery process. We're talking printing, scanning, emailing, faxing (remember those?), or even driving to meet clients – all incredibly time-consuming and inefficient.
DocuSign has completely revolutionized that. The ability to send documents for secure, legally binding e-signatures in minutes, regardless of where my clients are located, has dramatically streamlined my workflow. I can prepare an application, send it out, and often have it returned, signed and completed within the day. This speed is crucial in our industry, especially when quoting competitive rates or trying to bind coverage quickly for a client.
