"Effortless Legal Document Signing with DocuSign"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I love that DocuSign is incredibly easy to use. It's as simple as receiving an email, validating your identity, and clicking on all the signature spots. This simplicity makes it a great tool for handling legal documents, especially since traveling out of state to sign papers is no longer necessary. The initial setup process was really easy, and the program walks you through selecting areas in documents that require signatures, making it ready to send after a quick validation. I didn't struggle with the setup as the tutorials were great, and customer service is available if needed. For me, it's quick, simple, and perfect for managing legal documents without the hassle of notarization or office visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

There really isn't anything that I didn't like. It really is a full complement program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves Time on Document Signing and Follow-Ups"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like most about DocuSign is how much it simplifies the entire document-signing process. The interface is straightforward, and I can upload a document, add signature fields, send it for signing, and track its status from one place. It eliminates the need for printing, scanning, and repeatedly following up for signed copies, which saves a significant amount of time when working with clients and other parties remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The pricing can feel a little high for occasional users, especially when you only need to send a few documents each month. Also, setting up documents with multiple signature fields can sometimes be a bit tedious. More flexible pricing and a simpler document preparation process would make it even better. "Easy Contract Signing with Flexible Roles and Signing Order"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign makes it easy to send contracts and other important documents out for signature. I really like that I can add multiple people, assign each person a different role, and set the signing order the way I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Sometimes, when I’m trying to correct a document or make changes, it sends me back to the home page. Then I have to go back in again to continue working on my other pending documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Makes Document Signing Simple and Streamlined"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like most about DocuSign is that it just makes signing documents really easy. I’ve used it a number of times and the process is pretty straightforward from uploading the document to getting it signed and keeping track of where things are. It saves me from having to deal with printing, scanning, and emailing documents back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The main thing I dislike is that some of the options and settings can feel a little confusing at first. The interface is generally easy to use, but I’ve had to click around a bit to find certain features. It can also feel a bit expensive if you only use it occasionally. "DocuSign Makes Compliant, Client-Trusted Forms Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign has been easy to use, as it helps us create forms that comply with our company’s aesthetic, as well as legal and compliance requirements. Its interface isn’t cluttered, and I can find everything I need without any hassle. It has helped us create forms that our clients can easily fill out and send back, which speeds up our processing time. It’s also something our clients already trust, so there’s no second-guessing the legitimacy of the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I haven’t run into many things I dislike about Docusign so far. It’s been leaps and bounds easier to use than our prior manual process. That said, I’m already familiar with it, so someone who isn’t as familiar may run into a few issues at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive E-Signing with Strong Tracking and Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

Docusign makes the signing process fast and intuitive for both us and our clients, with a clean interface that requires no learning curve even for first-time signers. The audit trail and status tracking give us full visibility into where a document stands, and integrations with tools like Google Drive and Salesforce keep signed documents flowing directly into our existing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Pricing scales quickly once you need more advanced features like bulk sending or custom branding, making it expensive for smaller teams. The template editor can also feel clunky when making small formatting changes, often requiring more clicks than it should to adjust field placement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Signatures stopped being the bottleneck in our client onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

We use Docusign for almost everything that needs a signature - client MSAs and SOWs with pharma customers, validation and qualification sign-offs, vendor NDAs, and internal HR paperwork. The biggest win is turnaround. Agreements that used to sit in an email thread for a week now come back the same day, mostly because the automatic reminders chase signers so I don't have to. Reusable templates with pre-placed signature and date fields are the other real time saver - once an MSA or approval form is set up, sending the next one takes about a minute instead of rebuilding the field layout each time. For our regulated work the audit trail matters a lot: the certificate of completion with timestamps and signer identity is exactly the evidence a quality reviewer asks for, so we are not reconstructing who approved what after the fact. And because signers can complete it on their phone, the "I'm travelling this week" delay that used to hold up deals has largely gone away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Two things. First, the cost. Pricing is tied to seats and envelope volume, and once more than a couple of people in the team need to send documents rather than just sign them, it adds up faster than you expect. When we hit the envelope allowance mid-period the options are not great, and for a mid-sized team it is hard to justify against how simple the underlying task is. Second, the signer side can still confuse people. External signers, especially at larger pharma clients, tell us the notification landed in spam or was filtered by their mail gateway, and some get lost between the email, the review screen and the final confirm step. We end up resending or walking someone through it on a call more often than I would like, which eats into the time the tool otherwise saves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Makes E-Signatures Easy with Fair, Flexible Yearly Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I really enjoy that DocuSign makes it possible to send contracts with e-signature in a very good way, as well as a fair and good pricing. I think they also have a good solution with paying yearly and getting a good price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

For me only thing could be that it's a bit too much verifications and friction sometimes with login and logout. Also the way the signature box gets placed could be more symmetrical, as it's a bit difficult to fix that when doing this myself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Efficient Electronic Signing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like most about DocuSign is how easy and convenient it makes the document-signing process. It allows me to quickly send, sign, and track documents electronically without printing or scanning, which saves time and improves workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

What I dislike about DocuSign is that some advanced features can be expensive, especially for smaller teams. The interface can also feel slightly complex when using features beyond basic document signing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Onboarding Workflows with Fast Turnarounds and Strong Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign excels with its intuitive UI/UX and seamless integrations into systems like Rippling, significantly accelerating offer letter turnarounds. However, its restrictive pricing/ROI model—specifically rigid envelope caps—and limited automated support/onboarding for custom template setups create operational friction as hiring volume scales. Addressing these constraints would make it an undeniable end-to-end solution for modern HR teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

While DocuSign delivers reliable performance and seamless integrations, its restrictive pricing/ROI structure—especially strict envelope caps—makes scaling costs unpredictable for growing teams. Furthermore, rigid UI/UX customization options and limited automated support/onboarding for complex templates hinder quick operational changes, leaving key AI/intelligence capabilities underutilized.
