I haven’t really had any major issues with DocuSign. If anything, the interface could be a little simpler for first-time users, especially when there are multiple documents or signature fields involved. Maybe just make it a little more straightforward for first-time users. When there are multiple documents, it can get confusing to know what’s left to sign. I like how Docusign helps by eliminating the need to carry papers desk to desk for approvals; I just send it online to managers.
