It has been the worst onboarding and implementation experience of my career. If you do not pay $$$$ for a 3rd party to help you implement you are just throwing money away for their CS onboarding team to "help" you. I wish they had an AI agent that could do that, honestly.

If you integrate with Salesforce or plan to use in Salesforce in any way. I wouldn't recommend Docusign. They brag about it being the 2nd app on the SF App Exchange and now looking back, it makes sense that it's that old and appears to have never been updated since 2004.
