What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is that it has a user-friendly platform that everyone can use and understand from day one of using this platform. I love that it makes it easier for new teammates to firm their contracts during onboarding. And everything goes smoothly when a new team member receives the invitation to sign via DocuSign. "It feels like Docusign has got too big and actually forgotten what it's for"

What do you like best about Docusign?

Docusign is THE document management system. Everyone knows and trusts it . The tools it has are great. It was relatively easy to set up and does exactly what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I doubt anyone at Docusign has ever had to use it on a daily basis. Everything from logging on to the App are painful and hard. It's not something you're going to look forward to.

So many things you can't do on the App, or if you can it's so unfathomable I've not been able to fathom it.

I get an email saying someone has completed a form... but who? that's a secret apparently. I have to open the PDF to find out. Hang on - I've got 50 here, just talk among yourselves will. you while I open 50 PDF.

The best part about Docusign for me is the ease of use. I can upload anything--from PDFs that require edits---to complex contracts and have them legally and efficiently signed in seconds. From anywhere in the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like about Docusign is the fact that everyone is accustomed to using it so it makes it easier for the other party to know exactly what to click and do. There is no explaining what needs to be done, since some people aren't very tech savvy but many have used Docusign before so it makes it easier to communicate. What do you dislike about Docusign?

It can be a bit complex and there's some things that are annoying like when a old employee leaves, you have to look up the custom envelope number to pull up the document and gets hard to filter for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
