This feature makes signing very easy for the end user and removes any question on where to sign and initial. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** While this is not a negative feature, skipping over important information needing review is easy. This feature should be built-in for the end-user experience to stop over essential parts. Not all documents can be signed remotely due to regulations and requirements. This is no fault of the software but a regulatory issue. Your clients or team members can sign documents easily using its impressive e-signature service via email or scanned copies. In addition to its intelligent AI system, this application displays key details, such as agreements between parties involved, about contracts in real time. It's amazing how easily legal documents can be created with only a few clicks on the device. In conclusion, in my experience so far, using DocuSign has always been a success - no problems at all - and it certainly rivals other software applications available in terms of frequency of use. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** There is no way to save complex routing and rules in templates in DocuSign, so they have to be manually created each time. It is your responsibility to delete signatures after use if you are one of many signatories using the Outlook add-in, which is a useful feature. Finally, Smartsheet only allows one user at a time to create mappings within the system. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** With DocuSign, I am able to speed up the document signing process and save time. By simply selecting a template from their dashboard and sending it with an eSignature request attached, documents can be quickly signed without the need for physical copies or paperwork exchange. ### 11. I have signed multiple documents on my computer and my phone and have never had an issue. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocSign saves so much time. We no longer have to meet face to face in order to have a simple document signed. We use it at work for dissertation committees to sign off on student's work--these committees are all over the world, but that doesn't matter any longer. It allows me to create document templates, making sending and signing frequently used documents easier. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** It is sad to see DocuSign's lack of customization, especially when using the Personal pricing plan. One of the pain points is that the customization options on DocuSign are limited, and we cannot change the templates provided. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign's template creation feature allowed me to create document templates, making sending and signing frequently. Forms could be created for societal purposes, and later, the number of signatures could be reviewed. DocuSign integrates with Google Drive, comfortably. It allows me to quickly collect signatures from colleagues or clients without the need to print documents for them; it even stores these documents electronically, so there is no need to find space in a filing cabinet. Furthermore, its integration with Procore Technologies' software means that all our data points are centralised in one secure online location, saving us time spent searching for information in different programmes. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I find it inconvenient when I am emailed a document to sign using DocuSign, but have not been provided with the required password or have been provided with an invalid/expired password. This requires me to speak with my client and request a new valid password in order to proceed. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** With DocuSign, I can easily collect legally binding signatures on important documents quickly and securely. The best and fastest experience, in my opinion, is when you have all the SKUs inside of SFDC and you can generate a DocuSign to be sent out directly from the opp. This saves time on both sides. You can copy individuals that are needed for visibility, have them fill out information, sign and send them a copy for their records. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Nothing that is top of mind. Traveling constantly makes it hard to physically sign documents but DocuSign allows my team to always ensure that I'm able to sign the documents that they need completed. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** The downside of DocuSign is really only it's pricing. Sending an envelope is all flat pricing despite if it's 1,000 pages long or 1 page long. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign is solving the issue of needing physical signatures on approvals and other documents, but allowing them to be done electronically rather than having to use Adoboe Acrobat and modify a document or print them out, sign and scan back in. ### 33. The best thing about DocuSign is how incredibly easy it is to get your documents integrated into the software and to start sending them out to the people who will be receiving them. Another thing I love is how simple it makes things on the customer side of things. We all know that a deal is never done until the signature hits that line, and making the signing process is one of the worst mistakes any salesperson could make. DocuSign takes ALL of the guesswork out of "Where do I sign?", "Did I need to add my initials anywhere?", and "Did I sign everywhere I was supposed to?". The comments section on each document has proven vital for us when getting contracts or other paperwork returned to us from our clients. Being able to see who has questions, comments, or feedback is huge because then we know who we need to reach out to in order to solve specific issues. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** We have used this software for a while now and I feel like I have enough experience that I am able to say confidently that the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. When initially setting up your company, profiles, and users there can be a little bit of confusion depending on which version you are subscribing to. When I looked at reviews for this software before deciding to pull the trigger I saw quite a few people say that they were unhappy with the customer service they had received while using DocuSign. I don't know if I am an outlier or just didn't have the same issues they did because I have never had any problems getting in touch with someone, getting my problems solved in a reasonable amount of time, or getting my issues escalated to the right level of support who is able to help me with my problem. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign is solving a few different problems for me and others in my company. Being on the go and frequently traveling is expected of many people in this field. Having all of your papers and documents with you used to be one of the biggest worries before the digital world took over, and even once it did there was always the concern of "Did I send myself that email with the contracts?" or other worries similar to this. DocuSign removes the worry of having everything with you and making sure that the contract that has to get signed today will indeed get signed today. ### 35. It'll get delivered to one or multiple parties and I never have to print anything out to make it happen. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** It would be nice to be able to edit or mark-up documents like contracts. I don't have to download a specific app or purchase a new device. I can use DocuSign on my laptop, smartphone, and tablet. I can sign documents while I am on the go, and I don't have to worry about having access to a printer and scanner. It's simple and easy to use, and it has made my life so much easier throughout the pandemic and while working remotely. In addition, it is great to know that it is more secure to sign documents through DocuSign than to send my signed documents via email or on paper. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** The only downside to DocuSign is that you cannot try out all of the features during the 30-day free trial. I think it would be beneficial to utilize the features that the paid plans offer during the free trial to determine if they would be helpful before committing to a paid plan. However, there is a paid plan starting at $10 a month, so at least there is a plan that wouldn't break the bank. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign is allowing me to electronically sign documents while I am working remotely. In addition, it allows me to sign important documents, such as apartment leases, medical forms, and paperwork for school. In addition, I don't have to worry about having access to a printer and scanner, and I don't have to spend time scanning documents and emailing them as attachments. ### 37. It is always a question ot 1) where is the the server located where the document is stored 2) what is the securty level of this storage. Also, as far as I am aware, you only get access to old signed documents if you are having a premium account. I understand there needs to be a monetization strategy behind th eproduct, but I dislike it :) **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed of execution of contracts. Especially when we think about recruiting speed is very important since good candidates normally have multiple offers. It is very versatile, as you can set up conditional rules, save signatures for future use, and make and save templates. We rely a lot on the integration between Smartsheet and DocuSign for sending subcontractor and vendor agreements electronically. Because of mail merge, we don't have to change each email message as much, and when documents are completed, they are saved to the database they came from, so we don't need to save them again. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** However, you can't save complex rules and routing as a template, so you need to create them manually each time. Its Gmail add-in is helpful, but when you're the designated signatory for the team, you need to remove your signature before using it. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to faster signature processing speeds and built-in reminders, we receive fewer phone and email questions.
