## Docusign Reviews
 ### 1. Convenient, User-Friendly Document Signing and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia V. | Quality Compliance Manager, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign is a great system to sign documents and collaborate with others in reviewing and signing documents at their convenience. DocuSign offers an option of adding the date of signature as well. It is very convenient to use and is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The document sender needs to add a "text box" in the place where a signature is required for all users to sign and often those boxes are larger than needed and multiple user signatures are overlapping. The document sender needs to minimize the size of the "text box" prior to sending the document for signature in docusign and this is a bit inconvenient and there are no guidelines on how large or small the "text box" needs to be so signatures do not overlap.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign is used in many businesses to review and sign documents in real time. It is a very useful tool that can be used remotely by users in different countries. It provides the final document that is signed by all users and the electronic signatures are equivalent to wet-ink signatures.

 ### 2. Secure, Simple Contract Management with a Premium Client Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Docusing is secure and simple to use. It gives us tracking features, lets us send reminders from the platform, and serves as a single repository for all my contracts. On top of that, it feels professional and gives a premium impression to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I’d say the pricing is slightly on the higher side when you compare it with platforms like Zoho Sign, which also offer similar functionality.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusing is helping me send contracts and get authentic signatures from my client, which are valid, and it’s eliminating the need to use Adobe-like platforms for signing that don’t provide an envelope or a more widely accepted form of marking. I feel more secure this way, because I’m signing a binding contract. The platform is also simple to use and saves me time. It remembers my signature and company details, so I don’t have to enter them every time. It also gives me the ability to write emails right from the platform, with customization and personalization options.

 ### 3. Convenient, Secure Signing for Both Quick and Complex Documents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill S. | Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

The convenience and the security. It's easy to pop a quick document in for signature, but if you have a more complex document project, that's easy to do as well.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The updated bulk send feature was a learning experience for me and it seems a little out of order. Often times I have made my own CSV spreadsheet before realizing I need to use the sample provided by DocuSign. If that was offered earlier in the process I think that would help more.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using DocuSign keeps me from having to print documents for an employees that needs to be reviewed and signed annually. Moving the process to DocuSign, and being able to add the fields to fill out, the checkboxes, and the rules to make sure items aren't skipped has been a great timesaver for me as well as cutting down on paper and filing! I also have a lot of meeting minutes and resolutions that need signatures and it's so efficient to have those signed electronically. I know our organization also utilizes DocuSign heavily for our members and I don't think I've ever heard anyone complain about its use. The security is also obviously very important, and I always feel safe using DocuSign.

 ### 4. "Docusign Transformed Our Entire Document Workflow Across Every Team"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Docusign has revolutionized document management in our company. Such is the excellence of its UI/UX design that our least IT-savvy employees can operate the software without any assistance. Each morning, we receive signed offer letters from our HR department within an hour, whereas earlier it used to take about 3 days. We now get to send and close contracts via Salesforce and Google Drive within just one day without having to move from one platform to another. It offers consistent fast performance even with big files. Docusign’s onboarding and customer support has assisted us in setting up templates in minutes, and the response times for chat support are also very fast. Its smart field detection AI feature saves us a lot of time each day in placing signature fields. Based on the savings in man-hours per week, it is definitely worth its money

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The major issue is in pricing since when it comes to quarter-end we will be submitting around 50 contracts in one go, so the cost per envelope will add up fast, and there is no middle-tiered option that works for growing businesses. Onboarding and support regarding advanced features like bulk email submission and PowerForms were not very guided; a quick walkthrough would have saved me many hours reading through help files. Regarding the user experience aspect, the recipient experience leaves something to be desired because our older clients often get calls from our clients asking them what they need to do to finish signing off on their end. Finally, the AI/Intelligence functionality like clause recognition and contract analytics is restricted to enterprise-level pricing option only.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In terms of vendor agreements, it used to take 3 to 4 days with processes like printing, scanning, and courier services before Docusign came into play. But now that is achieved within a day and even during the call sometimes. The HR department does not have to worry about collecting signed offer letters anymore as all documents will be submitted digitally and the signatures would be returned in hours. The Salesforce integration particularly benefited our sales department in signing deals within no time. During a compliance audit last quarter, the entire process of pulling every signed document with a full timestamp was completed within minutes. The efficiency and the audit process was a piece of cake. The use of AI smart fields helps us save time on setting up every document. We can confidently say we saved 12 to 15 hours a week since the beginning of its usage.

 ### 5. Lightning-Fast Document Signing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rossella P. | Technical Support & Maintenance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

What I like best about DocuSign is how incredibly easy and intuitive it is to send, sign, and manage documents from anywhere. It significantly speeds up the whole agreement process and saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The most helpful aspect of DocuSign is the convenience of securely signing important documents electronically on any device. The tracking features are also excellent for knowing exactly where a document is in the signing process.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign solves the problem of slow, inefficient paper-based workflows. The biggest benefit to me is the massive reduction in turnaround time. I no longer have to print, sign, scan, or mail documents. Plus, the automated tracking and reminders take the guesswork out of knowing where a contract is in the pipeline.

 ### 6. Effortless e-Signatures, Maximizes Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hadiyah W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I love the swiftness of the whole process with Docusign and how simple it is to use. The e-signature feature is particularly valuable to me; I just click and drag to where I need the document signed, and I'm done. I find it user-friendly and perfect for signing resident documents and leases without needing to be physically present. It saves paper and is something anyone can learn even if some advanced features might take a bit of practice. I also appreciate that I can use it on my phone for personal things like signing car loans.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Some people when receiving the email indicating they need to sign, believe it is a spam email.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusign saves paper and allows the other party to sign without being physically present. It simplifies the signing process with a swift and user-friendly interface.

 ### 7. Easy-to-Use DocuSign With Secure Document Retrieval

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign makes it easy to execute documents in a virtual world - with an easy to use interface, and all the functions you'd expect for this type of software. The routing function is great - automatically sending the docs to the next designated signer.
Given the risk of phishing emails, I also appreciate that DocuSign allows you to retrieve documents directly from its website by entering a document key. That way there’s less need to click links that could be fraudulent.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I wish there were a way for non-admins to see the current status of documents needing signatures by others. This way all users would know exactly where the document is stuck - and could proactively nudge users to move the document along.
It's outside of DocuSign's control, but I definitely feel like it's one of the more commonly used phishing attempts (i.e. fake DocuSign emails with fraudulent links). I believe DocuSign has helped address this risk by having the "Access Documents", followed by the use of a security key on their home page.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign has enabled our organization to complete a range of agreements and contracts remotely—something we previously couldn’t do, since we needed physical signatures. The speed at which a document set can be sent out, reviewed, and executed is first-rate.

 ### 8. Simplified Onboarding with Intuitive Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian K. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I think DocuSign is very easy to use. It's really user-friendly and pretty intuitive. It simplified our processes significantly. We weren't losing documents, and we didn't have to constantly hound our team for them. The documents were automatically completed and sent to us. If there was a holdup, we could easily see where it was in the process. Overall, it's a much better process than what we had been doing before. Setting it up was very simple and easy. I went in with no prior knowledge and was able to build out what I needed effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I do remember thinking that there were some capabilities that I thought DocuSign could do that it had not done at the time. I have not worked in it in a little bit, so I do think that they have kind of gotten to there and have fixed some of those bugs.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DocuSign mainly for completing I-9s and new hire paperwork, making it easier to manage documentation across multiple locations without mailing. It simplifies our processes by automatically sending completed documents to us and showing where things are held up.

 ### 9. Streamlined Contract Management with Robust Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dileep V. | Software Development Engineer L1 | Java, RESTAPI, RDBMS, ReactJs Kafka , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like that DocuSign allows us to share documents, contracts, and files in a secure way across the world to vendors and their clients. It works seamlessly and effortlessly. Signing documents is secure and supports multi-signatures, which is essential for our business. Also, the initial setup of DocuSign was very easy, which makes it accessible. The user interface and user experience are great, and we can quickly create contracts and offer letters.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I'm thinking it would be more powerful if DocuSign could incorporate blockchain for immutability. Using blockchain for contracts could enhance the system's strength in the future.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign solves problems with document authenticity and reliability, preventing faking and forging. It allows secure document sharing and multi-signature signing globally, which is critical for our agreements and contracts with clients and vendors.

 ### 10. Seamless Document Sharing, Needs Longer Link Validity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Snigdha P. | Fellow, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like the feature in DocuSign where there's a specific link given to share and upload documents seamlessly using various devices and options, and I can instantly review them. The link is really accessible for a given period of time and can be used anytime on any device by the assigned user. Also, the initial setup of DocuSign was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The link expiration time is something that can be extended or improved upon as there's a limited time frame for its validity. The link should at least be valid for a period of 1 month from the time it's generated.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

Use it for electronically uploaded and signed docs

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DocuSign to eliminate the need for physical document verification, saving time and cost. I love the seamless document sharing feature with a specific link accessible on any device.
