The biggest for us is having the fact that Docusign is mobile friendly. It makes signing documents on the go for you and your clients that much easier. You can also set boundaries where specific things have to be checked off before moving forward to the next page. This also allows for initially and signing. It has been the best I have professionally used. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** There is very little I don't like. The biggest is not being able to make edits after they have been sent. Such is maybe they forgot a specific signature, or if they missed a portion you would have to resend everything. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing signatures for students. This is helping with admissions and financial aid process. It keeps us from having to have students physically in. The speed to be able to get important documents out is great and it does help make things move smoothly. ### 2. Everything from logging on to the App are painful and hard. It's not something you're going to look forward to. So many things you can't do on the App, or if you can it's so unfathomable I've not been able to fathom it. I get an email saying someone has completed a form... but who? that's a secret apparently. I have to open the PDF to find out. Hang on - I've got 50 here, just talk among yourselves will. you while I open 50 PDF. Even if you are not registered user and someone adds them as signer using their email address they will get the link to validate the document and provide signature along with required fields that is setup by initiator and it cost less then other users.
