The biggest win is turnaround. Agreements that used to sit in an email thread for a week now come back the same day, mostly because the automatic reminders chase signers so I don't have to. Reusable templates with pre-placed signature and date fields are the other real time saver - once an MSA or approval form is set up, sending the next one takes about a minute instead of rebuilding the field layout each time. For our regulated work the audit trail matters a lot: the certificate of completion with timestamps and signer identity is exactly the evidence a quality reviewer asks for, so we are not reconstructing who approved what after the fact. And because signers can complete it on their phone, the "I'm travelling this week" delay that used to hold up deals has largely gone away. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Two things. First, the cost. Pricing is tied to seats and envelope volume, and once more than a couple of people in the team need to send documents rather than just sign them, it adds up faster than you expect. When we hit the envelope allowance mid-period the options are not great, and for a mid-sized team it is hard to justify against how simple the underlying task is. Second, the signer side can still confuse people. External signers, especially at larger pharma clients, tell us the notification landed in spam or was filtered by their mail gateway, and some get lost between the email, the review screen and the final confirm step.
