"Convenient, User-Friendly Document Signing and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign is a great system to sign documents and collaborate with others in reviewing and signing documents at their convenience. DocuSign offers an option of adding the date of signature as well. It is very convenient to use and is user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The document sender needs to add a "text box" in the place where a signature is required for all users to sign and often those boxes are larger than needed and multiple user signatures are overlapping. The document sender needs to minimize the size of the "text box" prior to sending the document for signature in docusign and this is a bit inconvenient and there are no guidelines on how large or small the "text box" needs to be so signatures do not overlap. "Secure, Simple Contract Management with a Premium Client Experience"
What do you like best about Docusign?

Docusing is secure and simple to use. It gives us tracking features, lets us send reminders from the platform, and serves as a single repository for all my contracts. On top of that, it feels professional and gives a premium impression to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I’d say the pricing is slightly on the higher side when you compare it with platforms like Zoho Sign, which also offer similar functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightning-Fast Document Signing"
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how incredibly easy and intuitive it is to send, sign, and manage documents from anywhere. It significantly speeds up the whole agreement process and saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The most helpful aspect of DocuSign is the convenience of securely signing important documents electronically on any device. The tracking features are also excellent for knowing exactly where a document is in the signing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use DocuSign With Secure Document Retrieval"
What do you like best about Docusign?

DocuSign makes it easy to execute documents in a virtual world - with an easy to use interface, and all the functions you'd expect for this type of software. The routing function is great - automatically sending the docs to the next designated signer.

Given the risk of phishing emails, I also appreciate that DocuSign allows you to retrieve documents directly from its website by entering a document key. That way there’s less need to click links that could be fraudulent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I wish there were a way for non-admins to see the current status of documents needing signatures by others. This way all users would know exactly where the document is stuck - and could proactively nudge users to move the document along.

It's outside of DocuSign's control, but I definitely feel like it's one of the more commonly used phishing attempts (i.e. fake DocuSign emails with fraudulent links). I believe DocuSign has helped address this risk by having the "Access Documents", followed by the use of a security key on their home page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Onboarding with Intuitive Usability"
What do you like best about Docusign?

I think DocuSign is very easy to use. It's really user-friendly and pretty intuitive. It simplified our processes significantly. We weren't losing documents, and we didn't have to constantly hound our team for them. The documents were automatically completed and sent to us. If there was a holdup, we could easily see where it was in the process. Overall, it's a much better process than what we had been doing before. Setting it up was very simple and easy. I went in with no prior knowledge and was able to build out what I needed effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I do remember thinking that there were some capabilities that I thought DocuSign could do that it had not done at the time. I have not worked in it in a little bit, so I do think that they have kind of gotten to there and have fixed some of those bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign: Click. Sign. Move On.”"
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how effortless it makes the entire document signing process, from start to finish. Implementation is very straightforward and doesn’t require much technical effort, so teams can start using it quickly without long onboarding or setup time. We use it very frequently for contracts, approvals, and official documentation, and it consistently works without issues.

It also has a strong set of features like reusable templates, automated reminders, real-time tracking, audit trails, and secure signing, w

hich makes it suitable for both simple and complex workflows. Integrations with common tools like email, cloud storage, and CRM platforms are smooth and reliable, so it fits easily into existing processes. Overall, it saves a lot of time, improves turnaround, and removes the usual delays that come with manual signing and follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

There’s honestly not much to dislike in terms of usability or performance, because it works really well end-to-end. If I had to point out something, pricing can feel slightly on the higher side for small teams or occasional users. But considering the security, ease of use, and how much effort it saves, it still feels worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Signing but Needs Enhanced Document Management"
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like that DocuSign is easy to use and it shows me the blanks where I need to sign. I also appreciate that it saves my signature, so I don't have to write it out every time. The initial setup was simple—just upload a document, and it’s scanned effortlessly for me to sign. I would rate it a 10 when recommending it to others because I don’t know many others like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I don’t like the save function. It’s hard to find documents already used and needs better security. It needs to be easily accessed in folders and more transparency with my important data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Signature Management, Needs Better Document Organization"
What do you like best about Docusign?

I appreciate how easy it is to mark where a signature goes in DocuSign. I also like that my signature can be saved in my profile, which makes it convenient when sending or signing documents. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I find organizing documents in DocuSign to be challenging. It would be better if I could sort them more effectively or place them into folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign’s Trusted Brand Makes Sending Documents Effortless"
What do you like best about Docusign?

The thing I like best about Docusign may sound a bit silly, but it is the brand name of Docusign. Nobody has any issue when I offer to send them a Docusign, which helps us as a startup not have detractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Honestly, the technology is pretty simple but a bit commoditized now. The search and document viewing process is not super easy / intuitive across many "envelopes" and the pricing is a bit high for what we get. Again, paying a bit for the brand name here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy, and Reliable Document Management"
What do you like best about Docusign?

I mostly use DocuSign for sending contracts and paperwork to customers who are out of town or unable to come to the office. It saves me from having to travel or courier documents, which saves time and money. I like that it's fast, easy to use, and has lots of tools to make the process simple. Even people who are not tech-savvy can use DocuSign. The ability to type into the document before sending it is a favorite of mine; sometimes you need to add an 'x' to the PDF and this allows you to do so. For what I use DocuSign for, there isn't anything that I've ever had an issue with. I send envelopes and sign, and it gets the job done with no hassle. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

If there’s one thing I don’t like, it’s that it isn’t cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
