Once you get your head around the interface, it's straightforward to use - the document field editing tools are nice and simple, and formatting is a breeze. The automation support is also great - I tested with both Zapier and Webhooks. We're now using a webhook-based system with Pabbly Connect to file our documents within our company GDrive and send notifications.

Can be a bit unintuitive at first - just spend a few minutes with it! For example, you have to set up a workflow just to get a link to a document form, even if you haven't got much of a "flow" to speak of.
