Having used the product for employee management across various teams, this reviewer finds TruHR effective for attendance tracking and compliance management. The app does have login issues and some features may be slow or cumbersome to navigate.

We have been with TruHR for over five years, and during this time, our employee strength has grown almost three times. We've consistently appreciated TruHR's compliance support, as PF, ESIC, and PT have been handled smoothly every cycle, even as we've expanded. I like how TruHR has helped us keep our HR and payroll processes more structured, reducing our dependency on multiple manual processes. Each module helps us streamline HR functions, and we enjoy every module of TruHR. From onboarding to exit, TruHR streamlines every process, including attendance, payroll, and leave management. I was really surprised by how quickly the TruHR setup was completed. We were up and running within a day, while our previous vendor said it would take close to three weeks. The face recognition attendance feature in TruHR has been particularly useful for us, especially with its spoof detection, which helped resolve our buddy punching issues. I like TruHR for its use in distributed workforce management. I appreciate its comprehensive HRMS capabilities and how well it works for us.
