It provide me to a platform to do everything related for trucking on a single application.

nothing, almost everything is perfect in this.

it help me to track my work when I dispatch any shipment.

**What do you like best about Dispatch?**

It has taken so much extra work out of my job and really simplified things!
The company really listens to requests and updates and adds things often that really make a difference.

**What do you dislike about Dispatch?**

The only downside I can think of is the searching process when adding a customer drop off; it changes the list so fast to random names, making it a little tricky when you're in a hurry.

**What problems is Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Theyve changed the way the routes are viewed on a map from just being as the crow flies to the actual roads which helps a lot for areas that have stops so close to each other.
