**What do you like best about Live parcel tracking system?**

I love that it gives me the real time gps location and conditions of the package. It also gives you real time alerts for any disruptions of the package. It is free to send back as well.

**What do you dislike about Live parcel tracking system?**

There is nothing to dislike about live parcel tracking. You do have to subscribe to it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Live parcel tracking system:**

I would recommend that you use this with problematic customer orders or with big parcels and/or fragile parcels as it will aid in the replacement insurance claims. 

**What problems is Live parcel tracking system solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving so much with using live parcel tracking. It give me ppeace of mind that my customers will receive their items intact and in perfect condition. It also solves a lot of problems with packages not getting to customers or being delivered to wrong locations.
