The ease of collecting information for processing credit applications has improved significantly. The instant Bank Reference feature has been one of the biggest time‑savers, and when a bank or trade reference does not respond, the software’s ability to automatically locate alternative contacts keeps the process moving. In addition, having Credit Reporting integrated directly into the application, along with the simple manual‑upload option that converts written applications into the system, has streamlined the entire workflow.

**What do you dislike about Digital Credit Application Platform?**

In our industry, we work with many customers who are not very tech‑savvy, so the digital application process can present challenges. Some applicants don’t have email addresses at all, which makes it difficult for them to complete online forms or receive automated communications.

**What problems is Digital Credit Application Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest and most important problem it has solved is the amount of time spent processing manual applications. Previously, we had to log in separately to pull credit reports, email each trade and bank reference individually, create a customer profile from scratch, and manage the entire onboarding process manually. Automating these steps has eliminated a significant amount of repetitive work and greatly streamlined new‑customer setup.

The platform is easy to use, with helpful fraud alerts and a level of transparency that benefits not only our credit department, but also our salesmen and customers. It was very easy to implement and has FANTASTIC customer support, unlike some of the competition. We submit new applications several times a week, and we’re in and out of the platform all day long as part of our regular workflow.

I haven’t found any issues so far. The platform is easy to use and very intuitive, which makes it simple to get started.

The Digital Credit Application Platform saves us a lot of work by eliminating the need to chase references. It also makes it easy to communicate with prospective customers when they need to upload different documentation or update their references. My sales team can self-serve and see exactly what’s going on with their prospective customers throughout the process. Overall, this saves our company close to 80 hours a week by reducing follow-ups and helping us get accounts set up more efficiently.

One of the most helpful tools for me is the fraudulent information verification check. It’s a quick step that verifies the EIN and SSN of credit applicants (and more) almost instantly, saving a lot of time compared with having to search across multiple platforms to complete the same data check.

**What do you dislike about Digital Credit Application Platform?**

We’re new to the platform, but so far we haven’t had any “dislikes” with the process of gathering information for a credit line review. Critical thinking still takes time, but the data-gathering process is much more streamlined with the platform, which helps us make more informed decisions while keeping approvals moving at a faster pace.

It saves time by gathering the necessary information and streamlining communication when required details are missing, helping ensure a quick and accurate review. It used to take us about an hour to gather/review the information provided on a completed application with no missing field or requirements. And now it takes us about 30 minutes, so this have cut our review time in half. Which is great!

I love how the Digital Credit Application Platform saves our company a great deal of time by automatically processing credit applications. Its ability to contact referrals and securely store signatures, tax IDs, and W-9 certificates for personal guarantees is incredibly efficient. Overall, I think the system works really well and makes the entire process easier for us. The referral-contact feature stands out as especially valuable because it consistently saves us a lot of time. The initial setup was also very easy, and everything felt straightforward from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was very helpful, too.

I use the Digital Credit Application Platform to easily navigate applications and make credit decisions. I love that communication with applicants is effortless, making it straightforward to request trade data. I appreciate that it reduces time spent on processing. The ease of navigation and clarity make the platform easy to use, and the banking reference tool is a lifesaver. I also like that all the information is stored and easy to refer back to, which boosts productivity and accuracy. Nauman and his team made the setup experience fantastic with prompt communication and clear tutorials. Whenever I had questions, they handled them immediately, making the setup nearly effortless. I recommend NetNow to all my peers and see great potential in connecting services to enhance credit experiences in the apparel industry.

I hear from many applicants, they second guess the validity of the site. This remark is also expressed by the trade reference suppliers. They sometimes call me or email me first to confirm. Something else that could be improved is the communication between NetNow and the subscriber. some communication seems to be duplicated, and unnecessary.

**What do you like best about Digital Credit Application Platform?**

I find the Digital Credit Application Platform easy to use and customer-friendly. It's intuitive enough that it doesn't require much training to get used to it, and we haven't received any pushback from customers. I like how it automatically requests trade references and sometimes even bank references, which saves me a few hours each week. It provides a central location for all customer information with a dashboard view of all active and approved credit applications. The service team is also very responsive and helpful; whenever I ask a question, they get back to me with solutions within a day or so. The automation of the reference request process and the dashboard are key reasons why I switched to this platform from Businesscreditreports.com. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly straightforward, earning a 10/10 for ease.

Nothing outstanding right now. Things that they could add on would be additional integration with other business credit bureaus beside credit safe report; higher level of customization of access level between credit managers and other lower access users.

Some customers seem to have difficulty navigating the website, but I think that’s more of a user issue than a problem with the site itself.

NetNow sends reminders automatically to the trade reference requests. Its one less reminder for me to set up in my calendar.
The customer information is laid out clearly and I can transcribe it into our system with fewer errors.

Sometimes getting cc'd on the reminders sent to trade references and pending clients can clutter my inbox.

It’s harder for applicants to miss required fields, which helps avoid the time-consuming back-and-forth. It is reducing the amount of paperwork and keeps all the information in one place. It is easy to copy the files to PDF and save to our shared folder on our server.

sometimes if an applicant gets stuck and cannot complete the application in one sitting, or needs to wait for a signer to complete the application, the link stops working and they cannot get back into the application to complete it.

It makes the follow up for trade references so much easier than when we were trying to manage it using a manual process. It also is so nice to be able to view statuses on all credit applications in one place.

We haven't found a lot that we do not like at this point.  We have only been using it a few months but right now there is not really anything that we have found that we really dislike.

It is making the management and follow up of credit applications much easier and more time efficient that the way we used process credit applications.  We also like being able to pull credit reports to review.

I don't like the ability to add users and change permissions. It would be better if the admin could manage them directly instead of having to reach out to Netnow.

**What do you like best about Digital Credit Application Platform?**

Before NetNow, we used a manual credit application with PDFs. Not only was this difficult to manage, but it was also an unprofessional process for our customers. Credit applications would not get followed up on and would be difficult to find. 

The process of collecting credit information was clumsy and time-consuming. NetNow has improved the process by automating the trade reference portion of the application. We no longer have to call or email other vendors for credit information. Also, the bank reference portion is efficient and secure. We no longer have to spend time contacting the banks. Finally, we can integrate our experience account and pull created reports directly on the NetNow platform. Now, we don’t have to leave the NetNow platform to pull credit information on a potential customer. This change cut down on the time needed to process a credit application.

Another great feature of NetNow is the approval workflow. Account Receivable personnel can now gather all the information and send it with comments to me (CFO). I can process the credit application, automatically approve or deny it, and send a professional email to the customer with their terms and credit limit. The salesperson can view where the credit application is in the process and no longer has to bug AR to see where the application is at. Also, we can request additional information from the customer directly through the platform.

Our customers prefer the digital credit application over the PDF form. It is easier to fill out, and the layout is simple. Their information is securely stored and they do not have to send their bank and social security information via unsecured email. 

NetNow has been an excellent product for Ashby Lumber. We have simplified and sped up our credit application process.

NetNow is still a young company and missing some features I would. However, they listen to a feedback and are able to implement new features very quickly

The digital platform is easily managed and efficient to use.  Implementation was a breeze and they helped every step of the way to get us up and running.  We will use this platform for all credit applications going forward.

**What do you dislike about Digital Credit Application Platform?**

We don't do a lot with the direct banking connections they offer, but may explore this more in the future.

Collecting credit information using the old PDF method was cumbersome and time consuming.  The slick digital platform reduces the time it takes to process credit appliacations and significantly speeds up the process start to finish.
