
Before NetNow, we used a manual credit application with PDFs. Not only was this difficult to manage, but it was also an unprofessional process for our customers. Credit applications would not get followed up on and would be difficult to find.
The process of collecting credit information was clumsy and time-consuming. NetNow has improved the process by automating the trade reference portion of the application. We no longer have to call or email other vendors for credit information. Also, the bank reference portion is efficient and secure. We no longer have to spend time contacting the banks. Finally, we can integrate our experience account and pull created reports directly on the NetNow platform. Now, we don’t have to leave the NetNow platform to pull credit information on a potential customer. This change cut down on the time needed to process a credit application.
Another great feature of NetNow is the approval workflow. Account Receivable personnel can now gather all the information and send it with comments to me (CFO). I can process the credit application, automatically approve or deny it, and send a professional email to the customer with their terms and credit limit. The salesperson can view where the credit application is in the process and no longer has to bug AR to see where the application is at. Also, we can request additional information from the customer directly through the platform.
Our customers prefer the digital credit application over the PDF form. It is easier to fill out, and the layout is simple. Their information is securely stored and they do not have to send their bank and social security information via unsecured email.
NetNow has been an excellent product for Ashby Lumber. We have simplified and sped up our credit application process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NetNow is still a young company and missing some features I would. However, they listen to a feedback and are able to implement new features very quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
