Good platform for managing and controlling loans. It supports a lot of entities, such as borrowers, applications, and intermediaries. It’s easy for our dev team to connect, and the API documentation is solid, which helps a lot when integrating and working as a developer. The main limitation is around immediate, out-of-the-box visualization. Native reporting and dashboards could be more robust for real-time operational visibility. There really isn't anything to dislike about DigiFi. They're always improving the system and features. If we ask if they have XYZ or something to address our problems, they may not have it (we're unique), but they have an easy system that allows us to implement what we need and often times after we've solved our problem in a bad short-term way DigiFi will roll out a feature that is exactly what we need so we don't have to mantain it and can focus on our core business.
