**What do you like best about GOLDPoint Systems?**

GPS is easy to navigate and very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about GOLDPoint Systems?**

There are a lot of options and a lot of different drop-down sections to choose from. It can sometimes be overwhelming.

**What problems is GOLDPoint Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have converted to using two separate Loan servicing systems to now solely using GPS for all accounts.

**What do you like best about GOLDPoint Systems?**

I honestly can't think of anything i like.

**What do you dislike about GOLDPoint Systems?**

It is a very slow, you can't delete error notes. You always have to work around things to make something work. Nothing is automated, lots of room for error.

**What problems is GOLDPoint Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure, as i was told that we have to pay for every little thing gold point does. Seriously worst program I have ever used.

GOLDPoint keeps doing upgrades to improve the systems

**What do you dislike about GOLDPoint Systems?**

Some minor issues with freezing up in the system

We don’t solve them GOLDPoint solves them for us.
