It can sometimes be overwhelming. **What problems is GOLDPoint Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have converted to using two separate Loan servicing systems to now solely using GPS for all accounts. ### 2. You always have to work around things to make something work. Nothing is automated, lots of room for error. **What problems is GOLDPoint Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure, as i was told that we have to pay for every little thing gold point does.
