As a full-stack developer integrating Digifi into our loan management system, I worked with both the API and the platform UI. Digifi’s endpoints are performant, with clear examples that made integration into our startup project straightforward. The documentation is excellent — well structured, easy to navigate, and a real standout for day-to-day development work. Webhooks and in-app integrations were intuitive to set up and easy to handle. I especially want to highlight tech support: whenever I reached out via in-app chat, I always received immediate, helpful responses.

The platform is just pleasant to use day to day. The interface is clean, navigation makes sense, and onboarding new team members doesn't require a week of hand-holding. It's the rare tool where people actually stop complaining after the first month.

I like that Digify offers the ability to customize the application view for each project, as well as a test environment that is separate from production, allowing you to safely test all functionality. It also provides the ability to automatically launch strategies and execute functionality using the automation builder, and to notify the team via email. The AI agent is also useful for creating tasks — it has simplified manual review.
