The support is excellent, the collaborators help us with every important update of the law, which allows us to stay up to standards and avoid potential penalties. Maybe they could offer a bit more varied templates from a design perspective, which of course comply with CNIL standards. It's not clear yet whether for our app we can integrate it properly, and the documentation does not cover our edge case where the app is hybrid.
