The account managers are very available and responsive, which makes interactions smooth and efficient. The platform is clear, well-structured, and allows you to easily find what you need. Even without specific expertise on the subject of consent, the interface remains intuitive and the support offered is both reassuring and relevant. What do you dislike about Didomi?

The customization of texts remains complex and not very intuitive. As soon as one wishes to integrate CSS or HTML to adapt the format, a new submission to the legal services is necessary, accompanied by an email to expedite the process — which results in a significant loss of time. It would be really useful to have formatting options directly in the interface, as well as a real-time preview. What do you dislike about Didomi?

There are certain features that are yet to be introduced to the platform that could be useful. Every platform has its limits, but Didomi has very few. Eventually these features will be added to the platform, I'm sure, however, some out-of-the-box features, like cross-domain consent, is not easy to setup and has limits, while this works pretty seemless for other platforms, if I remember correctly. - The customer support is excellent. You can chat in real time to CS agents within the Didomi console and they've been extremely helpful, giving very clear instructions and sometimes going as far as writing JSON snippets for us.

- The overall implementation was quick and easy via Google Tag Manager. It covers most scenarios needed to be compliant. Allowed us to try different variations and increase out Consent Rate,

- Very helpful anlalytics section too.

- The platform is flexible enough for someone who's not a developer to make quick changes and run experiments.

- Some parts such as AB tests need working with JSON files. While this make the platform flexible, we need to get developers to run tests. The CS team has been very friendly and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Didomi?

Whenever you have a technical issue, there is a chat window that is online during work hours and a competent employee responds in a few minutes. I have never seen such fast support! Didomi is usually able to solve the problem or propose an alternative.

After creating a new notice (the look and enabled features of the CMP banner) there are two ways how to implement Didomi on your websites. Both are excellent. There has been an addition to Google Tag Manager with a Didomi template which makes the integration possible via tag manager. However, this is not the optimal way of integration. What do you dislike about Didomi?

The product and its console UI are very polished and simple to learn. Didomi aims at small/medium-sized businesses. If you are a bigger publisher (talking about 100+ domains) every update needs to be deployed to multiple notices, which is time-consuming. However, Didomi is already taking the necessary steps to make this as smooth as possible!

After one of the updates, the Didomi console is harder to use since they tried to group features under categories and it takes more clicks to get to desired settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
