"Easy Call Management with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I use DialTM for making and managing work-related calls, particularly for connecting with some clients. I find it really helpful for managing work calls and keeping track of conversations. What I like most about DialTM is that it is easy to make and manage calls, thanks to its simple interface which helps to handle communication smoothly. It has a clean layout and easy access to call options, making it very simple to use even for a beginner. Features like quick dialing, call logs, and contact management are really helpful. The initial setup of DialTM was good and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

At times, call quality is not stable. They could improve some features like integration with Gmail or Teams. It would be helpful if it had better integration with tools like Teams, such as syncing the contacts, logging calls automatically, or implementing direct calling from those platforms. "Exceptional Transcription and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I really like DialTM for its accurate transcription, which makes reviewing meetings a breeze. The transcription feature is a lifesaver for client calls and helps with follow-ups since there's a text record. I also appreciate how DialTM integrates with project tools like Trello and Google Drive, making post-meetings and follow-ups super smooth and sharing meeting notes seamless. The integration helps me sync meeting notes and tasks straight to the project, saving me time. The setup was a breeze too; I just signed up and added the extension. Overall, its features, especially transcription, are solid and help streamline meetings significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

Okay honestly DialTM UI can be a bit claky on mobile. On a mobile DialTM button are kinda small making it more easy to tap leave instead of mute by mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Calls with Impeccable Quality"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I use DialTM for video calls, classes, and meetings with my friends for college. I like its features like sharing video, audio, and files smoothly without obstacles. I enjoy its video quality, which is like HD quality. I really love the chat with video call features, and my parents can easily use DialTM for my parent meetings. DialTM solves my problem by easily creating meeting links and allowing screen sharing during meetings. It also records my classes so I can access them and not miss important points. Setting it up was super easy—it might have seemed difficult at first, but after exploring, I realized it was very easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

I think you can add some more funny features, like sharing files with funny letters or emojis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Manages Calls with Simplicity and Reliability"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I use DialTM mainly for making daily work calls and managing follow-ups in an organized way. The calling process is smooth and the interface is easy to understand, even for new users. It saves a lot of time compared to manual dialing and helps me stay more productive. What I like most is that it is reliable and simple to use. DialTM helps me save time and effort by automating the calling process. The simplicity and reliability of DialTM make it really valuable because I can focus on my work without worrying about technical issues or complicated processes. It helps me stay organized, manage calls efficiently, and focus more on my work instead of worrying about manual tasks. The initial setup of DialTM was very easy. The steps were clear and straightforward, so I could start using it quickly without any technical difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

Sometimes it feels a bit slower when handling many calls at once, and a few extra customization options would make it even better. It would also be helpful to have short tips or guides for new users to quickly understand all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must-Have for Convenient and Stable Team Meetings"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I like that DialTM can quickly organize team meetings without cumbersome procedures. All you need to do is gather the participants and start the discussion immediately. Multi-person calls never glitch or freeze, even with 5 or 6 teammates on the line; everyone’s voice is clear and there's no overlapping. It's super easy for the whole team to set up—we just logged in with our company work accounts without extra registration or complicated authorization steps, and everyone was using the basic functions in 5 minutes tops. The convenience and stability make it a must-have for our team’s daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

Sometimes it lags a little in the background when I have other work apps open, and the call might cut out for a split second occasionally. It’d be great to support quick sharing of small files/screenshots during calls, no need to switch to other apps to send them, makes work handoffs smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Tool, Simplifies Workflows"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I really appreciate DialTM's AI-Powered Engagement Analytics, especially the 'Face Recognition for Concentration Analysis' feature. It's great for trainers or educators because it helps analyze participant attentiveness and allows for real-time adjustments in presentation style. The frictionless 'Smart Attendance' feature is also a huge time-saver, as it automates attendance tracking without wasting the first few minutes of a call. Additionally, the initial setup of DialTM was very easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

Performance Stability During Peak Times One of the most frequent suggestions from users is the need for more robust server stability. The Challenge: Some users report performance delays and 'flickering' on the web interface when meetings reach higher participant counts or during peak global usage hours. Suggestion: Further optimization of the browser-based client to handle high-concurrency environments without lagging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialTM?

The strengths are the centralized management of tasks and processes, which allows for effective tracking of all activities and reduces omissions or duplicates. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, which facilitates user adoption. The automation of workflows and notifications simplifies task tracking and limits errors. The solution is also flexible and customizable, able to adapt to the specific needs of each team or project. Finally, it promotes collaboration by improving communication and coordination among team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

The weaknesses are a learning curve for advanced features, a reliance on a stable connection, sometimes complex customization, and lesser recognition compared to some competing solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Smooth Experience with Minor Messaging Hiccups"
What do you like best about DialTM?

I find DialTM really easy to use. Unlike other tools I used in the past that were clunky and not user-friendly, DialTM is user intuitive, friendly, and very smooth. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

I would say sometimes the messaging can have a little bit of weird deliverability. Sometimes the messaging doesn't really send. If you guys can improve on sending the messages, that would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
