all suggest to improve this app in the sector of performance because it legs often during the larger conference and it's advanced features feels limited as compared to the other advanced bigger platforms

Multi-person calls never glitch or freeze, even with 5 or 6 teammates on the line; everyone’s voice is clear and there's no overlapping. It's super easy for the whole team to set up—we just logged in with our company work accounts without extra registration or complicated authorization steps, and everyone was using the basic functions in 5 minutes tops. The convenience and stability make it a must-have for our team’s daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about DialTM?**

Sometimes it lags a little in the background when I have other work apps open, and the call might cut out for a split second occasionally. It’d be great to support quick sharing of small files/screenshots during calls, no need to switch to other apps to send them, makes work handoffs smoother.

The DialTM app is not working, and sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn't. It is very difficult to identify and it also doesn't connect for phone calls.

Even with a weak network connection, it performs well, making it easy to use in areas with poor coverage. I also appreciate that it is made in India, which is great to see. There are many places in India where the network is not strong, so this works well for people living in those areas.

I generally use Gmeet for all my meetings and calls. But I found this, and it was quite interesting. I used it 3-4 times. Even asked my friends to use it.

The free version only has a 40-minute duration. It can be extended. Since Gmeet has no limits, and it is free as well.

I find DialTM extremely useful, similar to Google Meet, for connecting with people in my organization and work locations. The desktop UI is nice and straightforward to set up by logging in with LinkedIn or Google accounts. It solves the real-life problem of connecting with people affordably compared to Teams, which is more expensive.

I find the mobile experience with DialTM's UI clumsy and uncomfortable. The user interface is also a bit laggy, impacting my overall experience. Although the desktop view is satisfactory, the transition to a mobile structure seems to detract significantly from usability. Enhancements in this area would make me consider buying it again.

DialTM offers a wide range of features that makes it a versatile and powerful conferencing tool for individuals to businesses of all sizes. These powerful features include HD video and audio, screen sharing and fast file sharing, so much so that it has not let me down. It can be used for various purposes, such as business meetings, remote collaboration and training or education. There are no complicated installations or configurations which always turn the users away; it really is able to do much of things in 2-3 clicks away. Needless to say, the user interface and the whole design can be used for all ages, young and old.

**What do you dislike about DialTM?**

The free plans are minimal for newcomers, it only allows for one-on-one calls, and there is a time limit. I think having more choices and letting the users try most of the features draws attraction, and it is good marketing for DialTM. The support has been outstanding, and the community could grow bigger shortly.

Video Conferencing was expensive for individuals and businesses, especially those with many employees. DialTM, so far, has provided fair pricing plans and has scaled back drastically the complexity of setting up and using video conferencing. Since I started using DialTM, my team and I have never had issues with audio and video quality, which most of the competitors have problems with, and this is the most significant upside to using it. Security has been top-notch, and there have been no unwanted attendees, as on some other platforms, usability has been excellent. I can communicate with my team like we're in the same room now, with no interruptions or background noise.
