"Promising but Needs UI Improvements"

What do you like best about DialTM?

I find DialTM extremely useful, similar to Google Meet, for connecting with people in my organization and work locations. The desktop UI is nice and straightforward to set up by logging in with LinkedIn or Google accounts. It solves the real-life problem of connecting with people affordably compared to Teams, which is more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialTM?

I find the mobile experience with DialTM's UI clumsy and uncomfortable. The user interface is also a bit laggy, impacting my overall experience. Although the desktop view is satisfactory, the transition to a mobile structure seems to detract significantly from usability. Enhancements in this area would make me consider buying it again.
