The UX is not the easiest to manage. The interface can feel unintuitive, and because the platform is so customizable, configuring it takes time and a real learning curve, especially for new team members. Honestly, it's been in place for 4 years and it's perfect. The only point to improve, in my opinion, concerns the reports: when we ask, for example, to extract incoming calls, it would be really useful to have a detailed report month by month, and not just a cumulative one. I particularly appreciate the Diabolocom supervision console, which is very well designed. The very simple access to each user's banner is also an asset. The entire configuration part is great. The creation, modification, and addition of skills are very intuitive, and the scenarios are relatively easy to access, which helps us a lot daily in our call center. The last version changed the admin screen, and the banner that used to be horizontal moved to vertical, with all the configuration items, which resulted in very poor readability where not all the titles are visible. This is completely unfortunate for us as admin users, and it needs to be fixed. Additionally, the display of the supervision console is not correct and needs improvement. Our main issue is platform stability, particularly after updates where new bugs often appear. New features are sometimes launched prematurely, requiring troubleshooting rather than bringing immediate value. I think Diabolocom could improve by allowing the choice of the voicemail message left for a prospect based on the number of call attempts. This would allow the message to be adapted according to the follow-up stage.
