  ### 1. Finally replaced our spreadsheets with a system that teams actually use

**What do you like best about Devokr?**

The alignment view is what sold us. We can set quarterly growth targets at the company level and instantly see how each team’s objectives tie back to them. Check-ins have replaced most of our status meetings; the team updates progress asynchronously, and I get a clear dashboard view without having to chase anyone down. The AI OKR Generator was a nice surprise—it helped us write much stronger key results than what we were producing manually. Adoption was straightforward, especially since it integrates with the tools we already use every day.

**What do you dislike about Devokr?**

The mobile experience could be improved. We use it mostly on desktop, and that works great, but when I need to check progress while I’m on the go, the mobile browser version feels a bit limited. Onboarding new team members also comes with a small learning curve if they’ve never worked with OKRs before, although the coaching support helped smooth that out.

**What problems is Devokr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to track goals in spreadsheets and slides, and after the first week of the quarter, nobody really looked at them. Objectives felt disconnected from day-to-day work, and progress updates depended on someone remembering to go back and update a file. DevOKR gave us one place where everyone can set goals, track them, and keep them up to date. Teams actually check in regularly now because it takes seconds, instead of requiring a separate meeting. The biggest benefit for me is visibility: I can open the dashboard and immediately see which teams are on track and which ones need attention, without having to wait for a report.

**What do you like best about Devokr?**

I use Devokr for our OKR-based performance evaluations, and it's easy to use and user-friendly. I think it has a visually pleasing design that's not tiring on the eyes. I haven't experienced any issues, and when we request improvements, they are generally handled quickly and with care. The consultants provide fast and effective solutions for every need our company has. Our manual workload in Excel has significantly decreased after using the system, and conducting evaluations digitally has been very well received by employees. The recent updates, such as the new dashboards, truly take the user experience to the next level. The setup was quite easy, and our requests regarding privacy were addressed promptly.

**What do you dislike about Devokr?**

Nothing

**What problems is Devokr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Devokr for OKR-based evaluations, which streamlines bonus calculations. It's user-friendly, reduces our Excel workload, and digital evaluations are well received. The consultants quickly resolve requests, enhancing our experience.

**What do you like best about Devokr?**

I like how Devokr makes goal setting and progress tracking very clear and structured. It helps teams align around shared objectives and keeps everyone focused on measurable results. The interface is intuitive, which makes it easy to create OKRs, track updates, and see how individual work contributes to larger company goals. It also improves transparency across teams and encourages accountability, making it easier to stay motivated and on track throughout the quarter.

**What do you dislike about Devokr?**

One downside of Devokr is that some parts of the process feel a bit manual. Updating progress, entering results, and maintaining OKRs can require frequent manual input, which can take extra time for teams. More automation, integrations, or smarter reminders could make the experience smoother and reduce the effort needed to keep everything up to date.

**What problems is Devokr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Devokr helps solve the problem of having a clear and structured way to connect individual performance goals with higher-level company objectives. In our previous system, things were quite complicated, and it was difficult to link sub-performance items with top-level goals. Devokr makes this process much more transparent and organized, allowing us to easily align team and individual objectives with the company’s overall strategy. This improves clarity, focus, and helps everyone understand how their work contributes to bigger goals.
