It keeps a depth of information. If you cannot remember a candidate name, there are many ways of looking for the person - by searching my job title, company, role level, email, phone number, or looking through the project in which they were being considered for. Nothing is intuitive, nothing is well integrated, it's hard to navigate and information isn't displayed easily. More trouble than it's worth - the entire system is very outdated, they can only be used downloaded on a PC with it open at all times, whereas many competitors are on the cloud, on a website, or mobile as well. This program won't work on macbook and their mobile layout/system is terrible. Adding company names and candidates, everything has to be EXACTLY the same otherwise it won't glad a duplicate. LinkedIn integrated to add profiles is also very outdated, it needs a major upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
