It allows you to have multiple staff members, up to 50 with standard plans, to set up specific projects and track billable time, also comes with a stopwatch and time sheet function that stores data in an unlimited number of employees, has a database of contacts and simple accounting functions, and has full data export capabilities; since this program is an online application, you don't have to worry about capital investments, upgrades or backups. All of this is available with a subscription to a package that best suits your needs. You can assign individual tax rates for any task or service; and adjustment entries allow you to manage prepayments, withholdings, incremental billing, discounts, and special charges. The project summary screen allows you to view all accrued charges, taxes, balance versus quotes, profit and loss, and billing history. All invoices and quotes can be formatted to show only what you want your customers to see.
