I love this platform for its ability to interact with clients easily. The video can be recorded for the meeting allowing rectification in pitching by reviewing the records. The AI of this platform assist a lot and supports in operation of platform. This platform allows automation of certain workflow through the agents. This greatly reduces effort and enhances productivity. The ability of clients to join the meeting with just one click is one very important feature of this platform. The onboarding of this platform was easy and smooth making accessibility simple. The capability of this platform to integrate with various other common platforms like hubspot, pipedrive, zoom etc makes this platform more robust.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the price was a little more moderate. The user would need some guidance to be very effective in using this platform. I wish that the demodesk for mobile was better.

This platform assist in faster interaction with clients with just a link. The clients need no installation enabling client to join instantly. The product presentation feature of this platform is really good. The AI assist a lot with its agentic AI by allowing automation of workflow enabling user to be more productive and effective in the task. We can also easily review what might have gone wrong in the interaction through the recording. This help us rectify and be better by eliminating error.

I love not having to take notes during my meetings because of Demodesk Meeting, which is very helpful. It's very good at listening, so the transcript is perfect. This feature is incredibly useful, especially during technical discussions where it's hard to type fast enough to capture everything.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

I get too many emails. Too many notifications. So I need to get onto the platform to change that. And it's not very clear where I can find this. So the tool was bestowed and turned on to me, and I never got any training.

I don't have to take notes, which is very helpful. It transcribes technical meetings accurately when I can't type quickly.

What is most helpful about Demodesk meeting is that it keeps the notes of the meeting discussion, so it's utterly helpful to go back to the record and follow up on all keypoints.

Sometimes I mention names about specific software eg; Channel Manager, but the tool does not identify them and rate me on a lower score as there was no discussion around this keyword.

I really enjoyed the shadow and recording features to improve my sales pitch with my peers.
Booking links are really usefull to send after intro call.
Really appreciate the automated follow-up to avoid NO-SHOW.

The best feature is the possibility to take control of the screen and permit the sales to assist and help the customer to configure and so decreasing our sales cycle. One Shot sales is the key for overperforming.

First of all, the customer service is great. They are eager to foster the product usage in the best possible way taking our individual requirements into consideration. 
 
Above that, the tool itself strongly lowers uncertainty at new employees trying to present our own product. So it really boosts our productivity!

Demodesk has really upgraded our demo game. The different features like playbooks, routing and CRM tokens have made such a difference in how sophisticated we come across...especially when we don't have to fumble and change between tabs when presenting our demos! Everything all in one - it's a great platform. Just as great is the team. Not just our excellent Customer Success manager Telma, but also every single person on the DemoDesk team we've interacted with at DemoDesk has been more than willing to help.

It would be great to have more reporting functionality within DemoDesk. We have all the data that syncs to our CRM and weekly reports from DemoDesk, but it would be great to have more visibility of the data and more ways to look at the information coming in.

Demodesk gives a smooth and professional platform to host our demos, and solves a lot of data issues by syncing with our CRM so all our notes and information from our demos is immediately updated.

The improvements that the demo desk team always add to their product. Makes demo bookings so much easier.

It integrated with CRMs such as Hubspot & Salesforce, which both currently lead in the market. That's an excellent plus for Demo Desk; they are headed in the right direction, so I'd say there's nothing I currently dislike about the tool.

Allowing prospects to book demos with SDRs directly. Also, allowing SDRs to showcase better the product or service they are selling.

Giving access to all attendees during a meeting. I also really like to have access to certain playbooks during a meeting that helps guide a call. Additionally you are able to send booking links and it is easy to schedule meetings.

Sometimes we do experience problems with opening the right playbook. We usually close the tab and open it again, which in most cases solves the problem. Clients to not always understand how to login or use the wrong browser.

We schedule meetings with demodesk. We provide customers with insightful information and work closely together which is very nice in demodesk, as both customer and myself can work at the same time.

**What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?**

I really like that Demodesk takes so good care of my prospects and customers by routing them into the right calendar and scheduling the meeting.

We all know the challenges that virtual meetings can create when it comes to sound and picture, but that is never an issue in Dedesk thanks to the tests you need to go through before joining the meetings.

In the meeting, the "share control" feature is fantastic when you demo a SaaS product like ours. I usually share the control in the walk-through of our product, and allow the prospects to click and write, as it makes them remember our product better than my competitors.

And the customized playbooks for demos are really helpfull, alongside the speaker's notes and battle cards, which make my pitches sharp and handle objections with ease.

Last but not least. Demodesk keeps getting better and better. With the new "Virtual Salesfloor" and Reports/analytics features about to be released, it will be an even more powerful sales machine.

There is really not that much I do not like about Demodesk. Usually when something goes wrong, it comes down to the prospects/attendees tech that are not working properly

We are hosting all of our SaaS product demos in Demodesk. 

We are also doing internal meetings in Demodesk, and the record meetings helps us go back and see what we have agreed to, if our memory fails. 

Scheduling of meetings from the website and gmail is also by Demodesk.

The best is that you hide all slides and you can determine the order of every single slide. So every presentation is individual and the customer wont think you hide something because your scrolling over several slides

Actually, there is only one thing I dislike. The calendar function is a bit confusing to me, and it sometimes happens that you chose the wrong person as a sender, so you have to invite the customer again, and you cannot change the other appointment.

I highly appreciate the fact of hiding all slides so you can choose the order of the slides, and every single presentation is individual when it comes to spontaneous questions so you can flip to every slide you want to

There are sometimes errors that can cause unpleasent experience. E.g: Connection issues, lagging, screen sharing issues, sometimes it happened to me that my demolink wasn't working or the democall has been logged in Salesforce under my colleague's name.

There is always a very helpful service available, and in Demodesk, many more perfect features are hidden that consistently impress in integration and use.

As a simple video platform, Demodesk is not a bargain, but as soon as only a part of the features is used, it pays off directly and thus at first glance is a proud price.

We had the difficulty that customers could see our commission during screen sharing, which is why we now use the Freeze-Screen function from Demodesk to set the commission without the customer noticing everything.

**What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?**

Demodesk unites all necessary features for a digital product presentation of software. I can include slides from Google Drive and seamlessly open websites from within the presentation without needing to switch browser tabs etc. 
Moreover, I can make notes which are automatically synchronized with the related account and opportunity in SalesForce and use the battle cards whenever I'm missing a good argument. The camera makes my meetings also a lot more personal compared to a simple phone call and allows me to build better relationships with my clients right from the start. 
As I've just recently started at my current company, Demodesk allowed me to easily shadow other meetings from my colleagues to learn the ropes and gain valuable experience in handling clients.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

there are few minor bugs - e.g. sharing other windows and tabs sometimes doesn't work but can be solved by deleting your browser cookies. Other than that It already works pretty perfectly.

The biggest benefit or problem which is solved by using Demodesk is that it unites multiple tools in one - Presentation, Browser, Note Pad  - that makes the use of different providers absolete and simplifies my client meetings.

Presentation modus is lovely to use; during the presentation, it's straightforward to take notes, which you can summarize immediately after the call. Preparation of the calls is also very user-friendly to add your slides and websites to have a proper demo.

The reminders before the call starts can be helpful for the participators, but when people receive a lot of e-mails, it can be a bit overwelmed. Maybe after you finalised your summary, the prepared email format needs to have a more user-friendly look.

Back in the day, I was using Zoom for presentation, but with Demodesk, I have all the tools that I need on one screen and can easily do the tasks that are only visible to me. Plus, I can see the participants by using the cams, it may be a bit unfortunate the video screen of the participants is a bit small and challenging to recognize the body language.

**What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?**

The most valuable features at Demodesk are:
1. The slide deck and hidden information (info that the client cannot see) to make the customer experience seamless, even with tricky questions.
2. The synchronization with Salesforce. Even if the Sync does not always work, it lets you fill out SF fields during the call and sync it to make life easier
3. Meeting Links connected to the calendar. Customers can book meeting directly from your calendar, which is great if the client has to ask several people internally when they are free.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

The handover of meetings to colleagues does not fully work in my view. 
Sometimes the slides do not use SF synced fields. This way you have to add the information missing by hand.

Demodesk gives me structure in our Customer Onboarding Calls. It also helps me keep SF up to date. On top of that, I really appreciate the client can schedule the meeting himself

- It is very easy to book & schedule meetings. The automatic email reminders & calendar invites are great.

- The ability to give control to guests is great during meetings.

- some repetition when data entering. Some fields need to be filled out multiple times.

- Cannot personalise email invites when more than 1 guest is joining the meeting.

Saves me a lot of time going back & forth trying to schedule a meeting - the booking tool is fantastic and does all the admin work for me.

The ability to give to our customers the control of the window
The Shadow meeting feature is also awesome !

Sometimes, because of the product's youth, we experiment some bugs. We are beta testers and sometimes, the product is unstable.
Battle cards are not highlighted enough and it is difficult to update them (because all our database is in Notion and change regulary).

Datas in the CRM are more reliable for prospect needs, our sales presentation and customer sucess presentation are more dynamic. Sales can add some notes during the meeting without having a second screen. Our customers can be onboarded on our booking platform themselves -> really powerful

What I like the most is that you schedule a meeting, the client will receive a confirmation and a reminder of it, and then during the session you can hand over the control to the client - so that they can test the tool right away by themselves.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

There is not much to dislike about Demodesk if you use it correctly. The only minor problem that we have is using multiple tools that don't sync perfectly together. However, the Demodesk team is constantly improving and open to feedback. So they are taking care of this.

If you are looking for an easy tool for remote meetings with a possibility to manage different slides to show your guests, don't look further! To reduce no-shows you can send emailconfirmations and reminders aswell.

They are reducing no-shows because Demodesk sends out reminders one day upfront the meeting. Let people reschedule appointments if the agreed date and time are not convenient anymore. Make them use the tool, so they can practice right away what we explained.

The playbook.

It´s a good tool to organize myself. It´s better than sharing my screen and has opened one million windows at google or the browser.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

In my playbook, the history or the new windows opened gets close and disappears after a demo. I think maybe it´s a good option if the system requests something like: "Would you like to keep this new window or search on your playbook?"

- no plugin/ downloads are needed
- can be used as meeting and demo-tool
- has integrated "playbooks" helping your reps focussing on the essential steps during a demo
- is also a demo scheduling solution that scales with your team size
- has an excellent customer service/ customer success management team
- works with every standard browser on the client-side

- no possibility to sort your different appointment types ("event types")
- no Safari support on the admin-side
- first time setup is a bit overwhelming (but easy once you get it), so kind of an interactive tutorial would help

- is our scheduling tool for the whole Sales Development team
- in regards to sales-customer communication, it replaced all of our meeting tools
- is scalable so we can schedule demos (and other appointments) even with a team of 100 sales guys (hopefully someday 😂)
- is used as THE "choose a fitting timeslot"-solution in Sales and Customer Success Management// also used on our landing pages linked to the CTA

**What do you like best about Demodesk Meeting?**

- Easy login for prospects
Prospects can choose to dial in with camera, without camera or via desktop sound. The latter is helpful if some people cannot play sound on their terminal.

- Easy handling for me as a sales rep
Precisely because different contents are shown: Internal slides, the product, external websites ... The change is very easy and pleasant for the prospect. 

- Prospects only see relevant slides
With Zoom or Hangout and the like, the screens would have to be split, which is not so nice for the prospect and much better solved with Demodesk. 

- Avoidance of unwanted content as with screen sharing
Especially with screen sharing, unwanted content could be shared, not with Demodesk.

- Excellent support
Espacially Alina is very helpful and competent

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

- Handover with Google Calendar not yet usable
That means that the calendar invitation of the original meeting host remains in the calendar and changes must be manually adjusted for the new meeting host. The availability of free meeting slots is also not as intuitive.

- Safe notes in the demo template in demodesk
Working just with one Screen and saving the demo notes is not so easy, because the fields are too small. It would be helpful if I would have the possibility to extend the sidebar.

**Recommendations to others considering Demodesk Meeting:**

I talked a few weeks ago with emlen.io. They are not using demodesk, but maybe it could be helpful for them.
I also talked to an ex-colleague who is working at chrono24.

**What problems is Demodesk Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Full control of who attends the meeting
Sometimes participants already want to log into the meeting who only have the appointment at a later time. I can control this very well with Demodesk. 

- Internal training on shadow mode super 
New employees can quickly understand how the demos work without prospects noticing.

- Platform independent for prospects
With other providers, participants must first download the version. With Demodesk, everyone can simply log in via the web browser.

Demodesk is an easy to use and intuitive screensharing solution.
You can integrate it seamlessly with your CRM-Software (i.e. Salesforce) which allows a great user experience for your team.
The use of playbooks gives great opportunities to structure and standadize your sales pitch.
Combined with the interactivity feature we were able to create a whole new customer expericience.

Actually there is not much to dislike. If there is a problem, the Demodesk team is always there for you, helping to find a quick solution.
Also the software has improved also a lot over the last year. The Demodesk team is always working on improvements and great new features!

By using Demodesk we increased transparency for our customers and achieved a better understanding of our products.

Demodesk is very easy to use on a daily basis. Once you have everything set up and connected to the CRM, it runs totally great.
The customer experience is also top-notch, we've never had any problems here.
I especially like the fact that new features are released at regular intervals.

There are two missing features that would be icing on the cake: more detailed recordings of the demo (with camera, text script...) and detailed evaluations for every single sales rep. 
But our contact at Demodesk (shoutout to Alina, she is GREAT!) is always interested in exchanging ideas and new features so I'm pretty confident they're already working on that, too ;-)

We sometimes had problems sharing our screen in other tools. The connection usually went pretty bad with screen sharing - that's not the case with Demodesk!
You meet in a virtual room so there are no loading issues with your tool, presentation etc.

Allowing to make use of the overall journey from speaking to a prospect, over to a lead, over to the customer. Starting with calendly-link scheduling, fully integrated with Salesforce, then moving on to the actual discovery call, and then to the demo meeting. All meetings are automatically prepared based on a pre-set playbook. After each call, a meeting summary can be sent as a follow-up in minutes.

No blurred background is possible, which makes it sometimes very tricky to find a suitable background.

Scheduling discovery calls with a global team of SDRs and AEs. Delivering consistent language and narrative among a scaling sales team. Make sure all activity is properly tracked in Salesforce.

I miss the phone/call option to work just with Demodesk without using other apps for communication. It would help to have my whole adressbook saved in there to call/chat and have meetings just with Demodesk.

Ease of use is superb - for a client as well as for our teams. Demodesk has a great, very responsive and helpful team. The combination of a solid appointment management tool and a worldclass video conferencing tool is outstanding. Screensahring is much better than in zoom, Teams or others, thus meetings become more interactive. Playbooks can include different files as well as websites, which is the basis for a seemless presentation. The integration with Salesforce works as expected - in both directions.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Meeting?**

MS office integration could be better, but they're working on it. User management is limited at the moment as the tool is relatively young. However, that is not a big deal for us.

**What problems is Demodesk Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Structured Sales and Customer Success calls (providing centralized playbooks); enabling our users to use battlecards in customer calls (thus empowering the reps to answer every question); automated invites/emails and reminders before the meeting and integrated follow-up template after a meeting. Notes can be taken during the meeting and are synced back to Salesforce.

The easy-to-use interface, clear communication with the help of Playbooks / Events. We have used the software for a very long time, and it's easy to use the communication is clear and very rarely do you come across an error. Aswesome support in case you have any questions.

There isn't something I don't dislike using Demodesk. Everything works as it should. I don't have for the moment any product feedback for improvement. It's incredible to use.

For some of our team members it wasn't clear enough where to find the meeting scheduling links for certain event types. It would be great to have a meeting link overview page for this to quickly access all personal meeting links. At the moment they are a bit hidden.

The tool helps our new team members to easily structure their meetings and ask customers relevant questions through the Demodesk playbooks. This makes onboarding new members to the team much more manageable and saves us a lot of time.
