What do you like best about DemandTools?

Validity Demand Tools has been one of the best recomendations I have ever received. As of writing the automated jobs on Validity Demand Tools does about 20 person hours of work a day. The installations was super simple even to the point where we added more of Valdity product becuse of the ease of intergration. Validity was ease to get use witha low bar of entry but a lot of room to master the software. There Weekly vidoe trainings and office hours are a great help for users of all levels. What do you dislike about DemandTools?

Demand Tools does not have file path changing so all output files error files etc. all get dumped into one place that you can change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently our CRM takes in data from mulitple sources and some of those sources dont sync correctly. Demand Tools is god send when it comes to merging contact, and account and converting leads with data coming in from mulitple sources. Another large problem Demand tools has is data syncing with external sources. Data providers will tend to send a signal on what happened, like a contact gets removed from there system but our crm doesnt recieve that information but luckly valididty is great at taking the trail of bread crumbs left and mirroring the source every day. DemandTools is an intuitive, user-friendly means of cleaning, modifying and importing/exporting your CRM data. It has saved me countless hours! I love that you can save often-used scenarios, which streamlines the process even further. I had not used the tool previously, although I'd asked for similar tools. I wish the office hours and trainings were recorded and stored or more easily accessible. I would love to take a DT masterclass. I also wish there were logic to scenarios. I currently have a complex import scenario that could benefit from some advanced logic. DT would be perfect for this! I like the versatility of DemandTools. Pretty much any data cleanup or manipulation that we need to complete can be done inside DemandTools. The ability to schedule jobs to run automatically ensures that our data is clean in accurte all day long. I love the Validity User Community which was recently added. When first learning how to use the product, it can take time to learn which features achieve what end goal. Some of them are not worded as easily to understand exactly what they will do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a lot of data that comes in to our CRM in a format different from how we store it. For instance, country code. We store 2 characters and many either have 3 characters or the whole name spelt out. DemandTools scheduling makes updating this data simple and hands off.
