What do you like best about Delpha?

I greatly appreciate Delpha's simple and user-friendly interface, which facilitates the onboarding of new employees thanks to its intuitive interface. This feature makes the use of Delpha enjoyable because it simplifies adoption within the team. Moreover, the fact that Delpha is a native Salesforce solution is extremely beneficial. This means a direct and seamless integration with Salesforce, making data management processes much more efficient and fully integrated with our existing ecosystem. I also found the support from Delpha's CSM team remarkable, as their expertise and responsiveness greatly facilitated our initial setup and made it smooth. Finally, Delpha's ability to integrate perfectly with other tools, like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to import leads into Salesforce campaigns, is a significant advantage that enhances our operational efficiency. What do you dislike about Delpha?

We started to use it a few months ago to merge our accounts on SFDC - it really works well !

- You can fully taylor the merging/scoring system to your business needs.

- I had some training sessions and Q&A with a very reactive CTO, always willing to help and give best practices.

- The technical documentation is well written and clear

Adoption of Delpha was easy and fast, and enabled our users to create new value right out of the box. Most tools require some form of change management to either train or get used to a new interface/platform, but Delpha lives right inside Salesforce so it gives a familiar experience that’s easy for everyone to start using.
