## About Dealr.ae
Dealr.ae is a free off-plan payment plan tracking app for Dubai real estate agents and property investors. Upload a developer's statement of account (SOA) and it becomes a dated payment plan with WhatsApp-ready reminders, shared live between agent and client. It tracks installments across multiple developers in one schedule, from SPA signing through handover: what is paid, what is next, and when it is due. Agents see every client's plan in one place; each client sees their own plan, portfolio and live property value, always in sync. Free for agents and their investor clients. Not affiliated with Dealr Inc. (dealr.com / dealr.cloud), a US automotive dealership software company.

Very easy to use, and it reminds me about my instalments on time.

Id like it to be automatic with UAE pass instead
