The quality of the professional services team is incredible. The platform itself leans well to branding, and can be tailored for very complex use cases. The HubSpot integration is also first-grade. We had two major isues with our previous CPQ (DealHub is our third), and that is quality of support and branding, both of which DealHub excells at. Our first CPQ, could barely be called a CPQ, and left a LOT of room for sales to make mistakes and sell products incorrectly often causes losses. The support during implementation has been extremely poor. They never have availability to meet, come to calls unprepared, and don't do any work in our instance between meetings. They never provided a project plan, causing us to be 3 months behind going live. DealHub leadership blamed our pricing model instead of their team. You are completely on your own when implementing this product and need a dedicated admin to manage it. The learning curve is very steep; there's a lot of nuance in the backend. Even simple changes require updates in at least three different places. If prices change frequently, updating DealHub takes a lot of time. There's basically no existing business workflow support, and many things that should be out-of-the-box for a CPQ system (ARR calculation for prorated quotes, teeing up subscription information for Upsells and Renewals) are pushed to our Salesforce admin as there is no default .
