The software itself seems a bit dated. It isn't aesthetic as it could be. The downloaded application should look the same as the website application. What I like best about DaySmart Salon is that it has all the features (Online Booking, Payroll, Remote Access) that I need to start my business. The only downside of DaySmart Salon is that the features vary between the Desktop and Cloud versions. I currently am using the Desktop and cannot access Cloud features like Walk-In Kiosk and Digital Online Forms. Would like to have an option to modify online booking requests as opposed to accept/reject only. Also, allowing more customizable options for how loyalty points can be earned and redeemed would be helpful. Limited email marketing campaign templates available.
