What do you like best about Databricks?

the best feature in this tool is end to end machine learning life cycle ,and api for data processing. This tool also have Delta sharing and cross-functional collaboration by this big data can be processed efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best solution for Data Governance provided by Databricks"

What do you like best about Databricks?

Users can see all the schema and tables in 1 place.

Unity catalog provides simple access management platform so access can be provided at multiple levels.

It provides flexibility to monitor the cost spend for data storage.

It provides great data security as well and data can be accessed from various platforms using open APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databricks?

Most of the organization still using the traditional database system so it is difficult to migrate their database from traditional SQL database to databricks so without migration Unity catalog can also not be implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Databricks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Granting access to the users was a complex task for us because previously we have to open the each schema and table and provide the access to them but after implementing Unity catalog access can be granted at workspace level as well so same access will be inherited to the all the objects present in the workspace. What do you like best about Databricks?

I liked the lakehouse architecture and performance of data warehouse helps to analyse data in large scale and it can be integrated with AWS, gcloud , azure , and MLflow integration feature was good.it also usable with tablue and database sql. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Databricks?

It has been very amazing in creating data pipelines for data transformation and data analysis + queries easily in dashboard. It is best for data engineers in our company , they use it daily for implementing ML and setting up workflow using Databricks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
