I really like how easy the migration wizard was to set up, map my ticket fields/etc.
But what I liked BEST is their Support team & Account Managers. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, and dedicated. They checked in very regularly to offer assistance with setting up the migration and to make sure we had everything we needed for it to go smoothly, which it did! There's not much to dislike here, y'all. The price is a little high, but it's VERY worth it IMO, especially if your boss is paying :)
We briefly investigated the time it would take one of our own devs to build a custom API solution to accurately migrate over 31,000 tickets, and let's just say it would've been drastically more expensive re: their dev time.
That said, I think the price was fair and the service was well worth it.
I've been in CX for a while and don't give high marks lightly, but these folks and this service were A+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
