Everyone we worked with was very friendly, and dedicated. They checked in very regularly to offer assistance with setting up the migration and to make sure we had everything we needed for it to go smoothly, which it did! **What do you dislike about Data Migration Services - Relokia?** There's not much to dislike here, y'all. The price is a little high, but it's VERY worth it IMO, especially if your boss is paying :) We briefly investigated the time it would take one of our own devs to build a custom API solution to accurately migrate over 31,000 tickets, and let's just say it would've been drastically more expensive re: their dev time. That said, I think the price was fair and the service was well worth it. I've been in CX for a while and don't give high marks lightly, but these folks and this service were A+ **What problems is Data Migration Services - Relokia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I migrated my team (6 agents, ~1200 tickets per month) from Zendesk to Freshdesk and used Relokia's Help Desk Migration service to customize a batch of the last two years' worth of ticket & user data from Zendesk to Freshdesk. Migrating these tickets was done primarily for the purpose of maintaining reporting/analytics data for stakeholders, and historical ticket data for agents to reference. Our ticketing systems are relatively simple but we do use a few custom ticket fields and tags for tracking/reporting, and all of the ticket data was easy to map from the old fields (ZD) into new fields (FD). ### 9.
