What do you like best about Data Migration Services - Relokia?

Relokia offers a demo option as part of the process, where 20 rows are imported into the target source according to our field mapping. We can review the data before proceeding with payment for the full migration. This option has been very helpful for us to see how the data is transferred and trust the tool for the full migration. We missed some values during field mapping, and when we reached out to Relokia, they provided a script showing how the mapping was done, which was very useful in confirming that the tool works according to our mapping. We are sunsetting Smartsheet and needed a solution to migrate all the data to ClickUp. Relokia has proven to be the best tool for the migration among all the options we evaluated. The entire process was not only easy but also cost and time effective. We had a significant amount of Smartsheet data, including row-level attachments and comments, which were successfully transferred to our target source. The HDM tool is very intuitive and it took maybe 30-45 minutes and a couple of demo migrations to truly understand the necessary mappings and migration configurations. In this most recent scenario, I needed to migrate from an older Intercom workspace to a new Intercom workspace after the acquisition of another company. We wanted to be in a single workspace, for all of our products, for cost and teamwork reasons.

As simple as that sounds, Intercom doesn't offer an easy path to making this happen. The team at Relokia helped me out with a custom migration, and the results were fantastic—they're faithful at communicating and explaining what they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Data Migration Services - Relokia?

I really like how easy the migration wizard was to set up, map my ticket fields/etc.

But what I liked BEST is their Support team & Account Managers. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, and dedicated. They checked in very regularly to offer assistance with setting up the migration and to make sure we had everything we needed for it to go smoothly, which it did! What do you dislike about Data Migration Services - Relokia?

There's not much to dislike here, y'all. The price is a little high, but it's VERY worth it IMO, especially if your boss is paying :)

We briefly investigated the time it would take one of our own devs to build a custom API solution to accurately migrate over 31,000 tickets, and let's just say it would've been drastically more expensive re: their dev time.

That said, I think the price was fair and the service was well worth it.

I've been in CX for a while and don't give high marks lightly, but these folks and this service were A+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Data Migration Services - Relokia solving and how is that benefiting you?

I migrated my team (6 agents, ~1200 tickets per month) from Zendesk to Freshdesk and used Relokia's Help Desk Migration service to customize a batch of the last two years' worth of ticket & user data from Zendesk to Freshdesk.

Migrating these tickets was done primarily for the purpose of maintaining reporting/analytics data for stakeholders, and historical ticket data for agents to reference.

Our ticketing systems are relatively simple but we do use a few custom ticket fields and tags for tracking/reporting, and all of the ticket data was easy to map from the old fields (ZD) into new fields (FD). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had 5 years of data in Zendesk and current chat tickets and then 2 years of ticket data in ConnectWise. Relokia was able to extract and import all of our data from the two systems and import them to HubSpot. We had a few customizations that Relokia massaged our data to meet out specific needs.
