**What do you like best about Dashi Reserve?**

I like Dashi Reserve because I can manage everything about my bookings in one place, and I save thousands per month compared to OpenTable where I was paying per cover.

**What do you dislike about Dashi Reserve?**

The platform is still relatively new, so some advanced features like multi-language support and detailed reporting dashboards are still being built out. The core reservation and guest profile functionality works well, but I'd like to see more analytics depth over time."

**What problems is Dashi Reserve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Dashi Reserve solves is the unpredictable cost of reservation software. With our previous system, our monthly bill kept climbing as we got busier. We were essentially being penalized for doing well. Switching to a flat $149/month meant we could finally budget for reservations as a fixed cost instead of a variable one.

The second problem it solves is guest data fragmentation. Before Dashi, our reservation system, POS, and loyalty program were all separate. Guest preferences lived in one place, their order history in another, and allergy notes on a sticky note at the host stand. Dashi ties everything together automatically. So when a guest books a table, the host can see their last visit, what they ordered, and any dietary flags without searching through multiple systems.
