Darwinbox's ATS flow is genuinely very well thought out, and it is one of the most cleaner candidate pipeline management systems out there from onboarding to support. The AI Assisted resume parsing and candidate matching has meaningfully reduced the screening time. It's not perfect but certainly worth the investment, the ROI is well above average.
