&lt;p&gt;I’d be skeptical of time spent as a success metric on its own. Ten minutes on a module could mean someone was deeply engaged or completely stuck. GoSkills’ lesson-level tracking gets more useful if you pair it with assessment results — then you can see whether extra time actually translated into better understanding.&lt;/p&gt;
