That combination of technology + human warmth is what truly makes me fall in love with Daily Connect. **What do you dislike about Daily Connect?** The only thing I could say is that, being such a comprehensive platform, it can initially feel overwhelming due to the number of available features. But the wonderful thing is that the Daily Connect team provides close and professional support at all times, resolving doubts and guiding step by step. Thanks to this human and timely support, the learning curve becomes a simple and even motivating experience, because one quickly discovers all the value the platform offers. **What problems is Daily Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Daily Connect helped me solve one of the biggest pains we had: disorganization in communication with families. Before, information was lost among agendas, emails, and messages; now everything is centralized, clear, and in real-time. It also solved the problem of not having reliable data on each child, because now we have accurate reports on attendance, learning, routines, and even health. Its a way how to keep the parents my clients informed about their kids. Lately I was offerred a better price from another agency and i was giving it a second thought because it had some more advanced features and better pricing but then i spoke to jessica and she worked hard and get better features. Being heard and valued for me is something special so i will not change daily connect for nothing else. The parents love it and if i m sick and cannot update the system the parent go nuts thats how special the system is. So i recommended to anyone that wish to have a good communication platform **What do you dislike about Daily Connect?** Nothing but nowadays there are some more features that can be done to the system like for example being directly attached to social media and remind parents to leave reviews on those social media linked to: statistics woth pie charts. **What problems is Daily Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We barely have problems but when faced with one i find immediate support ### 3.
