**What do you like best about CVideo?**

I find that this asynchronous interview mode of CVideo is just great to quickly shortlist initial candidates. I can schedule video interviews with candidates and ask them questions ahead of time so the candidate can record their answers at will.

**What do you dislike about CVideo?**

CVideo does not support capabilities for live video interviews. When there is no live video available, I am forced to use an entirely different medium to have these critical engagements, which disrupts the process.

**What problems is CVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CVideo has made my first stage of selection of candidates more effective. Through this elimination of the phone interviews, I can easily review a larger caliber of applicants so as to identify who deserves extra attention is easy.
