I can schedule video interviews with candidates and ask them questions ahead of time so the candidate can record their answers at will. **What do you dislike about CVideo?** CVideo does not support capabilities for live video interviews. When there is no live video available, I am forced to use an entirely different medium to have these critical engagements, which disrupts the process. **What problems is CVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?** CVideo has made my first stage of selection of candidates more effective.
