I like their ability to scale with our program. As our team has evolved over the years, we have been able to rely on Cvent for the needed solutions. We have challenges with the budget module regarding currency output and a need for offline transaction upload. When there are glitches, it adds time to our workflow rather than saving time. It’s especially valuable for organizations running more complex events, because the platform is robust, scalable, and built to support detailed workflows, branding, and operational control. The platform is powerful, but the cost can feel excessive for what you actually get, especially once you factor in add-ons, limited integrations, and transaction fees.
