There isn't anything I really like about Cvent. I find the application frustrating to use. There are free applications that do the same thing. The onboarding is horrible as well. The hardware required for check-in makes the process slow and annoying. The cost is laughable for what you gain as well. Overall, I would not suggest going with Cvent.
