What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?

Cvent Attendee Hub is a comprehensive mobile destination for our event attendees - providing all conference materials and information at the tip of their fingers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?

We still have attendees who have other phone types outside of Apple and Android which can cause confusion when they are trying to download the app, but I know there is an Attendee Hub website they can use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cvent Attendee Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has created cost savings and efficiency for our organization as we no longer print paper materials in the app; instead we link to them for attendees to view and download. It's also helping to connect our attendees as they can easily locate the attendee list and network through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?

The backend interface isn’t the most intuitive—its very hard to understand and takes too much time to setup. Customization options for branding and layouts are very limited unless you’re working with Cvent support which isnt a very easy thing to do. Mobile experience could be better optimized.
