What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?

I use Cvent Attendee Hub for most of our company's events, whether they're in person, virtual, trade shows, or ball scene events. It has a really robust feature set that includes in-depth reporting capabilities giving insights on ROI, and customizable registration forms which are very helpful. I find it works well for all sizes of events, from mid to large scale events and even our small events. It's a great one-stop shop that saves time, as I can manage any of my events there. Despite a bit higher cost, it's well worth it, and after a few years of using it, I've become really confident with the tool. The backend interface isn’t the most intuitive—its very hard to understand and takes too much time to setup. Customization options for branding and layouts are very limited unless you’re working with Cvent support which isnt a very easy thing to do. Mobile experience could be better optimized.
