"The technology is not the problem. We need to help the humans with it."
What do you like best about Culture Exploit?

Commonly leaders know too little about what's going on in their organization. I found that leaders got from 4% to an average of 9,7% of data about their culture. No wonder terrible decisions are made and that in a world that already is complex enough. So we asked ourselves: How do we find out what 100% of the humans in an organization know/understand as the frontline workers and does not cost us a fortune?

Well, I found my cure, and that is using Culture Exploit. Now we have much better decision-making data than before. This is worth a lot to our organization. With this knowledge, we can finally make Agile work in any organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?

Nothing with Culture Exploit itself. If there is a problem, then it is more the bug we have to overcome, and that is that many leaders are so afraid of accepting that the importance of culture is higher than financial key numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The way to map out an organization!"
What do you like best about Culture Exploit?

Using Culture Exploit makes management and employees aware of the strengths and opportunities in the present organization.

The focus is on "us"! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?

The organization mapping is fantastic as it provides a map; however, how to work out the route/what to do is for the leadership and advisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Culture Exploit tool is a fast and eye opener as thermometer of my organization"
What do you like best about Culture Exploit?

What used to be complex and time-consuming to measure the company culture, has become a relatively fast and easy-to-use tool that gives our leaders practical inside information and also how to react, without difficult interpretations and all without the use of expensive external consultants. I got the impression that we are in control of our own culture and not an outsider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?

Nothing, except, as always, at the beginning implementing a new tool costs some effort to convince and overcome opposition in the internal organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy tool for change that matters."
What do you like best about Culture Exploit?

As a user it is pretty simple to use and answer the questions. As for me as a consultant, it is also easy to guide the leaders in the organization to new ways of working. With the built in suggestions and individual feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?

I didn´t quite dislike anything, however the questions can be experienced as slow to answer depending on the selected test. This is for precision in the tool, so it cannot be avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
