## About Culture Exploit
We believe in People! The understanding that culture is important has in recent years become a major focus area for many companies. Research says that managers want better information on how to better utilize the strengths of employees. The tools they have seen today are not adapted to the everyday lives of managers. Quick and easy overview of what matters for how to manage the organization tomorrow. Based on this, we started Xientia to give leaders better tools to describe how the organization really is. The analyzes should be easy to interpret and implement for all employees. The reports must be easy for the leader to understand, there will be no need for long courses and certifications. It should be natural to use it as one of the manager's tools in daily operations. It is simply difficult to find out what the culture of the company really is. We believe in the importance of the strengths of each individual and how to take full advantage of this in an organization. Culture Exploit is the name of the product and Xientia is the name of the company that owns and develops the products. Xientia/Culture Exploit is a Norwegian based company with offices in Norway, Sweden, UK and Serbia.

## Culture Exploit Reviews
 ### 1. The technology is not the problem. We need to help the humans with it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jari A. | VD Force Agile Sweden AB, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Culture Exploit?**

Commonly leaders know too little about what's going on in their organization. I found that leaders got from 4% to an average of 9,7% of data about their culture. No wonder terrible decisions are made and that in a world that already is complex enough. So we asked ourselves: How do we find out what 100% of the humans in an organization know/understand as the frontline workers and does not cost us a fortune?
Well, I found my cure, and that is using Culture Exploit. Now we have much better decision-making data than before. This is worth a lot to our organization. With this knowledge, we can finally make Agile work in any organization.

**What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?**

Nothing with Culture Exploit itself. If there is a problem, then it is more the bug we have to overcome, and that is that many leaders are so afraid of accepting that the importance of culture is higher than financial key numbers.

**What problems is Culture Exploit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As described before, we didn't have any good enough tool to gather vital data about the organization to create the psychological safety required to make Agile work effectively. Finally, we can grasp the culture in the organization and understand where to start untangling the obstacles for high efficiency. Also, finding talent is very hard, and the best magic against avoiding that need to grow is to keep and make the ones we already have and make them grow.
Higher efficiency is possible if you understand the organization and its needs better.

 ### 2. The way to map out an organization!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Knut A. | Strategic Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Culture Exploit?**

Using Culture Exploit makes management and employees aware of the strengths and opportunities in the present organization.
The focus is on "us"!

**What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?**

The organization mapping is fantastic as it provides a map; however, how to work out the route/what to do is for the leadership and advisors.

**What problems is Culture Exploit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, Culture Exploit generates facts about how it is to work in the organization. Management becomes more effective in creating results.

 ### 3. The Culture Exploit tool is a fast and eye opener as thermometer of my organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwin S. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Culture Exploit?**

What used to be complex and time-consuming to measure the company culture, has become a relatively fast and easy-to-use tool that gives our leaders practical inside information and also how to react, without difficult interpretations and all without the use of expensive external consultants. I got the impression that we are in control of our own culture and not an outsider.

**What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?**

Nothing, except, as always, at the beginning implementing a new tool costs some effort to convince and overcome opposition in the internal organization.

**What problems is Culture Exploit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That we have a continuous inside knowledge of our culture where it goes well and where improvements are required. And it benefits the leaders to have a quick inside of how they are doing compared with the remaining organization.

 ### 4. An easy tool for change that matters.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Culture Exploit?**

As a user it is pretty simple to use and answer the questions. As for me as a consultant, it is also easy to guide the leaders in the organization to new ways of working. With the built in suggestions and individual feedback.

**What do you dislike about Culture Exploit?**

I didn´t quite dislike anything, however the questions can be experienced as slow to answer depending on the selected test. This is for precision in the tool, so it cannot be avoided.

**What problems is Culture Exploit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture exploite solver the problem of thinking you know what you do not know. The tool really gives an snapshop view of your organization and the culture in it. And when you have this knowledge about today, you can make really grounded decisions on how to move forward.

 ### 5. Survey support in a tricky situation
