**What do you like best about Cross-CX?**

The most helpful thing about Cross CRM is its monitoring software across all channels. Another things is the ease of all multi channel communications and processes.

**What do you dislike about Cross-CX?**

As a business which is in its initial phase, the prices of the Cross CRM does apprear a bit on the expensive side. Other than this there is nothing that can be disliked about it

**What problems is Cross-CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it's solving is actually providing a level of transparency across cross functional teams, and it has made the communication process with the customer much easier now

**What do you like best about Cross-CX?**

This best application for Customer relationship, this tool are very easy to use and very helpful application for customer management. This appliaction helps to improve our phone calls and Social Media networks. i Like her dashboard or this appliaction allow to customise the dashborad with our requirements.

Yes facing issues to coonect with costomer support team

The best part is the ability to manage the data of the customers and the accessibility for the users; also, it's easy to view and get more productivity. So far the best

There is nothing such a drawback that I have experienced while using this CRM. It's so smooth and easy to use also. Never felt anything annoying in it till now.

It solves the problem of managing a vast database and clarifying the customer base. For an organization that relies more on customer data, this software is the best

**What do you like best about Cross-CX?**

1.Scan all channels of customer integration in near real time periodicity. 
2.Ease of configurability in creating use case specific alerts on breach of certain thresholds for quality monitoring
3.Reporting -->create custom dashboards to pull data by applying filters on agent , duration , location of agents / customers etc.

**What do you dislike about Cross-CX?**

1. 24x7 chat support is only provided -->for L2/L3 issues which require some enhancement/change in the configuration takes some time-->Change management proces needs to be more robust for Cross CRM.
2. Speech Analytics even though is a feature , the ability capture accents and recognize speech intent is perhaps not accurate -

**What problems is Cross-CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Real time visibility on customer interactions
2. able to coach reps based on interactions captured -->custom threshold-based alerts help managers to intervene proactively.
3. Reduced escalation calls by over 40%.
4. All excellent-rated conversations are recorded and organised by query types which are also accessible internally --> mandatory training program for listening to excellent-rated conversations help other agents in their learning journey.

Cross-CRM is a great tool for contact centers to quality manage their fleet. This tool seems to be heaps about others and only getting better as they continue

Cross-CRM doesn't seem to have any issues

**What do you like best about Cross-CX?**

The software is very helpful in quality management. It helps in enhancing the supervision of phone calls and social network platforms. It is also packed with online training programs and quality AI-powered speech analytics. It can also be integrated with a variety of software like Workforce and Zendesk.

**What do you dislike about Cross-CX?**

I can't find anything negative with this application.

The quality and productivity in the service calls have been improved by a big margin with the use of Cross-CRM.

Visualization of data, overall data processing, quality monitoring and access to major crm platforms makes this cross crm an awesome product.They even provide video tutorials and a dedicated blog for customer help.

They do not offer a free trial but a demonstration is available.

Offers training for users both live and through recorded videos. Data processing and 360-degree data visualization are attractive features.

**What do you dislike about Cross-CX?**

They Could have offered at least NPS, CES, or CSAT free with some modules.
