We offer cloud-based CMMS and Facility Asset Management solutions that streamline maintenance and asset management processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Our customizable platform includes work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, file storage, SMART floor plans, reporting, and analytics. We provide implementation, training, technical support, and onboarding services to ensure that our clients get the most out of our software. We serve businesses in various industries, helping them convert paper plans to digital, automate service and maintenance schedules, optimize labor, and centralize property information to reduce risk and potential liabilities. Still in construction phase - but it's already proved it's worth! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023 **What do you like best about CriticalAsset?** The selling point for us was the detail we could go into and the fact it was laid out on building plans. The layout allows for easy reference to an asset/equipment even without knowledge of the exact name or designation of a piece. The detail will allow us to track almost any asset from termination point back to source - invaluable when tracing a problem. **What do you dislike about CriticalAsset?** CriticalAsset is still a work in progress. The front end of the build has been focused on the assets and plans side - the part that initially drew us to CriticalAsset. They have just started rolling out parts that other asset management softwares have been focused on - Work Orders, etc. We have no doubt these will be just as useful as the asset/plans side already is - so we'll be patient. Also, it is completely cloud-based. Pro: This makes it extremely accessible wherever any of us are - and that has already allowed some work to easily be completed remotely. Con: It is a little scary in some ways in that we are putting all our eggs in a remote basket that we could potentially lose were something untoward to happen, but one we feel is a worthwhile and small enough risk. **What problems is CriticalAsset solving and how is that benefiting you?** Though there are several, but three key issues were central to our decision to go with CriticalAsset. First, it allows us a single place to centralize all the specs and information about the assets in the building instead a series of scattered paper manuals and digital files. Second, it allows for remote access to all the information we have about the building, so when an issue arises all the team members can access the information and have it in front of them wherever they are. Third, by being visual/ground-plan based, assets can be pulled up even if the numbers or identifying information isn't readily available on the asset itself and easily track that from that asset in any direction to troubleshoot a problem. ### 2. Everything is available at your desktop or on your mobile device **What do you dislike about CriticalAsset?** Dashboard functionality could be a little more flexible for different user needs but this is really a small issue **What problems is CriticalAsset solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regulatory compliance with maintaining Electric Panel schedules was the main reason for exploring this program.
