The journey and processing of workflow in this is quite easy to understand. The function can be smoothly and easily be collaborated and connected with all the CRM, ERP and salesforce workflow systems. In this you can process and mail to many number of subscribers at a time. It is enough for business email marketing. The auto generating emails is great in this, it saves time and produce the best attracting and customer engaging template for you. The best automated email builder tool. **What do you dislike about Critical Impact?** There is not a better sorting feature for spam or fraud emails from a lot of the mails. I think there needs to be more inbuilt campaign templates. **What problems is Critical Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Critical Impact has helped us many a time sending mails in batch to our customers at one time. Keeps us always connected to our customers. The quick response sending feature is amazing, making us anwser and react to our customers mails quickly. ### 2. Easy to build campaigns. **What do you dislike about Critical Impact?** Sharing back data to my Salesforce contacts does not populate on the account. You have to go to the individual contact to see what Campaign they were sent. If a customer opts out we are not seeing this as well in SF. These fees accumulate with each unsolicited message or phone call shunned by restraint and domain protection policies. Not sure about the exact price in comparison to others I have tried. **Recommendations to others considering Critical Impact:** With a smaller company with a loyal following, this worked well and had all the features one could want to keep updating as well as introducing new offerings. **What problems is Critical Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a new marketing email campaign and so many options and pricing, as well as having to learn a new program, it was straightforward. It made it simple to import the existing email list and walked me through the process not complicated at all. The Benefits of these campaigns with critical impact have constantly been being able to share new products and offerings with our loyal customers and saved a lot of time. ### 5. Excellent for drip campaigns too! **What do you dislike about Critical Impact?** Everything is really good. Can't really think of anything big that I dislike, but I had to contact customer service and the first person wasn't too helpful but the next person was extremely knowledgeable. **What problems is Critical Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Drip campaigns for email marketing. This platform makes drip campaigns super easy as you can select what gets sent based on if someone opened an email, clicked on a link in email, didn't open email, etc. Very easy to use. ### 6. This happens rarely, and generally the documentation is good enough to walk you through it. **Recommendations to others considering Critical Impact:** This is a richly featured email service platform; I find it to be as equally as powerful as ExactTarget, but much more affordable and user friendly.
