We have applied this expertise to both enterprise and consumer apps. Embedded systems As an agency we have extensive experience with embedded systems used in cars, boats, manufacturing and devices. We work well with developers to deliver designs that can be implemented according to the device requirements. Native software Our design team is experienced in user experience and UI design for native applications for both Windows and Mac OS. The design evolved "organically" as we added new features for our customers and we wanted Creative Navy to come up with a new UX concept that unifies the experience and makes it more user friendly for the inexperienced user. **What do you like best about Creative Navy?** Understanding the features of our app is not easy. It can do so much and it is so intimately tied with our customer's business that it is difficult to understand. The design team really applied themselves and put in the effort to understand the complexities and that really showed. **What do you dislike about Creative Navy?** It was all fine, I just would have liked to cover more of the application, but that was not possible in the short timeframe. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Navy:** Be open to sharing everything you have as they will be interested to learn about it. **What problems is Creative Navy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The design concept they have created is inspirational and it gives us something to aim towards. We've been taking bits and pieces and implementing them into the live build step by step. It's great to have a repository of design ideas and a coherent vision for the future. ### 2. They have captured the essence of what is at stake for our users: convenience and understanding how our service works. The designs were delivered perfectly for the dev team to implement directly and they were available for support even months after the project. **What do you dislike about Creative Navy?** It was a great exeperience there is really nothing to complain about. **What problems is Creative Navy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product is unique and automated, but it because of that it is not easy to communicate what it does. They have incorporated that into the ux from the very first landing and down to the end result so we have a good conversion rate. ### 3. They understood what's needed in the market and how to make it come to life. **What do you dislike about Creative Navy?** There is nothing I didn't like, we worked to a short deadline and they kept us in the loop, it meant time allocation from our side but that's actually what we wanted, to be involved. **What problems is Creative Navy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The concepts they have created inform our product pipeline, they inspire conversations with around strategy and they inform the product team on the release roadmap. ### 4.
