**What do you like best about CreateForm?**

I signed up to CreateForm for one reason only: they integrate with Less Annoying CRM and offered a 10% discount. Even then I was reticent because I already use Jotform and it seemed silly to pay another service when the one I'm using already serves all my needs. But...I wanted a service that integrates with LACRM, and Jotform doesn't. So I signed up for CreateForm, with the idea that if they were good enough I would migrate away from Jotform to keep all my form building services under one roof, so to speak.

**What do you dislike about CreateForm?**

Boy was I disappointed. I paid ten bucks for their lowest tier only to discover that they offer fewer features and choices at that level than Jotform does FOR THEIR FREE VERSION. Even Wufoo offers three forms for free, and every one of them comes with more layouts, more features, and more options in their free version than CreateForm does for their paid. CRM integration or no, there's absolutely no way I'll leave Jotform behind for a far inferior, lesser service like CreateForm. At this point I realized I was most likely doomed to pay ten bucks a month for a single service. Disappointing but doable, IF the integration worked. Except.....

**What problems is CreateForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It DIDN'T. I created the form and tweaked it to my needs. I added Less Annoying CRM to my "whitelist" and copypasted my User ID and API Code into their respective places. I grabbed the url and embedded it on my webpage. I sent in three different test submissions. NONE OF THEM SUCCEEDED. I received three emails with the info, but never saw anything on the CRM end. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Nada. It didn't work. And I tried three different times, just to make sure. It doesn't work. Period.
