When purchasing medical products, we must have a well-established and fully functional invoice software settlement that’ll improve our service and help track in case of a mishap. Crave invoice application fits my needs very well. It is straightforward, and its smooth functioning features are great. With Crave invoice, the research team was able to keep track of all inventory and obtain necessary reports when we had to present the details to sponsors and funding agencies. I like that it's super versatile in so many ways where I can keep track of reagent and equipment purchases, stock receipts and that it even allows track of organizational expenses. The smooth tracking of the available inventory, ordered inventory, and received merchandise has made the functioning of the lab very efficient as we do not run out of vital substances and equipment. Another great feature I like is that it allows the ability to send invoices via email. This feature has helped me keep track of the lab equipment even when I am not in the lab. **What do you dislike about Crave Invoice?** There are not many negative comments that I can list regarding this inventory software. It is one of the most efficient sources of inventory solutions that have positively affected our company so far. However, something that I would mention is the price of the software. I would have liked the price to be more reasonable. **Recommendations to others considering Crave Invoice:** I recommend this software for small and medium-sized research and medical labs that has problems in tracking expenses, billing, and inventory. **What problems is Crave Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really benefited me with its expense management feature that allowed the company to check the flow of supplies and control unnecessary expenses, and more. One of the main problems we had was tracking the costs since we use up many equipment and reagents daily. Tracking these expenses was critical to provide full disclosure to our sponsors and funding agencies. Another problem we had was not ordering the equipment on time. This resulted in delays and loss of productivity. This problem was also solved with Crave Invoice since ordering, and product tracking was simplified and streamlined. The main benefits we have seen in through improved stock control, report generation, and increased productivity. ### 2. The adjusting of the mails with keywords is high-end - every keyword can be set and also additional words can be added for future sending. **What do you dislike about Crave Invoice?** Not every tax group can be adjusted to sort them in the general reports - personal and internal listings would be perfect to have a better control. **What problems is Crave Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating invoices for the clients/customers and also a cost and expenses control would be possible.
