Craft's customer support team is incredibly responsive. The Intercom chat function goes to real people, who are also happy to hop on the phone when I have a request to complicated to discuss over chat. Product feedback has led to actual new features on several occassions. I've been a user for three years, and have come to know the customer support very well. I'm also a user of several other BI platforms, and Craft's customer support differentiates them from the pack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Craft is relatively smaller than more expensive competitors like Pitchbook, CB Insights, and other vendors. However, I think that also allows for customers to have a more input into how the product develops. I've been a Craft user for three years, and the platform has matured considerably in that time.
