Helpful and straightforward. **What do you dislike about Craft?** I didn't have any problems, but I can say that the writing is too technical and some users may be confused. **What problems is Craft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I make better softward decisions and have better control of supplies risk management. ### 2. The Intercom chat function goes to real people, who are also happy to hop on the phone when I have a request to complicated to discuss over chat. Product feedback has led to actual new features on several occassions. I've been a user for three years, and have come to know the customer support very well. I'm also a user of several other BI platforms, and Craft's customer support differentiates them from the pack. **What do you dislike about Craft?** Craft is relatively smaller than more expensive competitors like Pitchbook, CB Insights, and other vendors. However, I think that also allows for customers to have a more input into how the product develops. I've been a Craft user for three years, and the platform has matured considerably in that time. **What problems is Craft solving and how is that benefiting you?** My job is to perform due diligence on company's before my clients award contracts. I use Craft to assess financial health, commercial viability, IP protection, and regulatory risk. Craft has several data partners that allow me to do this from a single portal. ### 3.
